What a wonderfully comfortable apartment in such a great area! Two separate bedrooms in a most tastefully done apartment with all the conveniences you'll need. On top of all this, just outside your door awaits the delicious Mouffetard market street, with all the bakers, cafes, butchers and candlestick makers you'll need! This is a large 86 m 2 (@920 ft 2 ) very tastefully done property, where the owners have ensured your stay will be comfortable. It features two queen size beds, one of these can be separated into twin beds, a large dining table, extra large pic...ture window overlooking q uiet inner courtyard with greenery, stylish kitchen and decorations throughout! It can sleep up to five adults very comfortably, as it also has a sofa sleeper in the living room for one person.

You will appreciate the care given to such details as the ‘soft lighting’ and fine decorative pieces in the apartment. It combines lots of open space, with good comfortable furniture.

The surrounding area is a photographic ‘expedition’ in itself, so many colors,with exotic smells, in the nearby markets. The cobblestone Mouffetard Market way is always open for you and of course, has too many cafes and restaurants to sample in just one stay! You can take the stroll up to Place de la Contrescarpe and from there even wander into the Latin Quarter. But you will still be in central Paris with easy access to all the other area/neighborhoods. In fact, your metro stop is just a few minutes away - Censier-Daubenton - on line 5.

This apartment has been refurnished with new stylish furniture and will ensure a comfortable stay for a large family or just several friends.

  We were in Paris for five days with our three children, and this apartment was a perfect fit. It is pleasant, well-equipped, clean, and organized. We especially loved the neighborhood. Close to a metro stop, the area is both lively and quaint. Just around the corner is a narrow street lined with all types of fresh food -- fruit, meat, fish, bread, cheese, wine, chocolate, and more. We enjoyed coming "home" to the many different small restaurants, cafes, and shops. We would look forward to staying at this apartment again.

  My husband and our three teenaged children stayed for five nights at this apartment. It was clean and spacious, had a well appointed kitchen and free wifi (which was a must for my teens). The building is located one street over (reached by pedestrian passageway) from the Mouffetard Market, where we spent many hours at restaurants and cafes and just walking up and down the street looking at the shops. The only thing I didn't like about the apartment was the location on the ground floor. While this may be seen as a plus for some, we couldn't leave the windows opened when we left the apartment and it smelled musky when we returned in the evenings. There are roller type screen on the windows (on the outside) which, when engaged, makes the apartment very dark and closed in. The window in the living room faces a small courtyard, but when we left the window open, there were small children in the apartment next door who would stare through the window as we were trying to relax. I think an apartment on a higher floor would have suited my family better.

  Lovely spacious apartment, great neighborhood

  We were a group of five: two adults and three teenagers. We found the apartment to be spacious, comfortable and well outfitted. The owner was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The neighborhood was delightful; every morning I enjoyed doing the day's shopping at nearby Rue Mouffetard. The Metro stop was very convenient, but we also enjoyed walking to the city center several times. Paris is a wonderful city for teenagers; our kids were enchanted by the place. If we are lucky enough to return, we would certainly consider renting this apartment again.

  Paris Apartment

  My daughter, teen age granddaughter, & I stayed for 1 week. The location was great.
  The owners met us & went over how to operate all of the appliances, as well as pointing out where the Metro station, shopping & other points of interest were. They also made arrangements for us to be picked up & taken back to the airport.
  The apt. was very clean & quiet.
  We loved our stay!
