Right close to the Champs Elysees (600 meters away), on the 4th floor walk up of a secured building, it welcomes Can receive 4 people.

This great apartment has hard wood floor, apparent beams and nice decoration.

The entrance leads on the living-room (facing the street) which is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 (140*190), a coffee table and chairs.

At your disposal a chest of drawers, a large flat screen TV (cabled), internet DSL connection an...d phone line (restricted mode at your disposal.

The Bay windows give on the balcony furnished with a table and chairs and view on Eiffel tower.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with the following appliances : dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, micro-waves, 3 electric plates, dishes for 4, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

The bedroom is facing the courtyard, with wooden floor it is furnished with a queen size bed (160*190) for 2, ample wardrobes, chest of drawers and TV.

The ensuite chic bathroom is facing the courtyard as well, it is equipped with a shower, 2 washbasins, a towel dryer, a hair dryer.

The toilets are in a different room and are accessible from the living room (+small wash-bassin).

  I stayed with my family at this apartment for a week in the end of August. The owner is really nice, he explained and showed everything at the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped. It has also nice kitchen. We could also use tea, coffee and all kind of spices, what was really nice of the owner. He was really nice to wait for us, not looking on that we were late for an hour or even more. Apartment looks even better in reality than in pictures. It has also beatifull view. Everyday we could sit on the balcony and enjoy an eifel tower. It was clean, but there was lot of dust under bed and other furniture. And it would be nicer if sheets would be ironed. The largest minus this apartment has it is its staircase. It is really narrow and it was under construction and without lift. Also floorIng squeaks a bit and it has poor noise control. We did not mind it, but neighboors did when my 1 year old sun was running around apartment. But they were kind to bear it. But these are just few small things which could be fixed easily. Anyway apartment is really great, location is fantactic, value is great. We had a really great time there. When i will go to Paris next time, I will definately choose this apartment. Thank you!
