What about staying right in front of the Louvre Museum.

Your 100mÂ? 2 bedrooms, 2BA apartment is located rue de l'Oratoire in the 1st arrondissement.

On the 2nd floor with elevator of a secured building, up to 5 guests can stay comfortably.

This beautiful apartment has an impressive clearance with 4 meter high ceilings.

It offers all the comfort you can expect for a Parisian stay. A marble corridor leads to all the rooms.

The living room is facing the Louvre; it is fully furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table.

The dining part offers a round dining table with chairs.

A chimney (which cannot... be use during winter) and the antiques furniture give the charm of this space.

At your disposal: Cable TV with 13 French channels, and high speed Internet connection.

The master bedroom, (facing the courtyard) is very spacious with a decorative fireplace has a queen size bed (which are 2 singles together) as well as antiques.

An additional single bed is at your disposal in this room. The very high and large windows bring in a lot of light.

The second bedroom proposes 2 single beds, separated but which can be arranged together if needed.

Antique furniture and ceiling-high windows. This bedroom is facing the street.

The fully-equipped kitchen proposes a kitchen stove, a refrigerator, 2 sinks, a freezer, a micro-wave, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee-maker plus all the necessary dishes and kitchenware.

A washing/drying machine is at your disposal.

The 1st marble bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a shower, a washbasin and a bidet.

Restroom.

You will have a second bathroom that you will enter from the master bedroom. It comes with a shower, a washbowl with mirror and the toilets.

Linen and towels provided.

Location:

Located right in front of the Louvre Museum, this apartment has an exceptional situation. In the very heart of Paris, you'll be only a few minutes' walk from the Palais Royal, the Seine bank, the Ile de La Cit?Å  or the Tuileries Gardens, the spot could not be better to visit and enjoy the city.

You can find open air market (10 min walk), supermarket (5 min) and all the convenient stores you may need.

Closest Metro:

You'll be only few min walk from the stop Louvre-Rivoli (You can see it from your window), on line 1. This line crosses Paris from East to West via great sights such as : St Paul, Bastille, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, among many others.

You may also walk to catch the line 7, or to reach Chatelet les Halles (Line 4, RER A,B, D).

Downstairs, several bus lines leads you to St Michel, and the Latin Quarter.

  Home away from Home

  This apartment was perfect. It was very spacious (loved the height of the ceilings), the balconies overlooking the avenues were fabulous and the owner/landlord was amazing. There was nothing that we didn't like. The location was great - the metro station was literally right down the block and everything we needed was right at our fingertips.
  
  The landlord had a nice welcome packet for us with a detailed map to where we could find everything we needed - 3 different supermarkets, bakeries, wine stores, farmers markets and more. She also had maps for the metro, walking maps, guide maps of what to do, etc.
  
  The home itself had everything we needed to feel right at home.
  There is a hair dryer (which we didn't know) and the wifi was the best. There is an elevator, washer/dryer combo and plenty of pillows (my husband's concern). The location was also very safe.
  
  Upon arrival make sure you call the landlord to let her know you've arrived so she can meet you to let you in (if you don't have a cell phone you can purchase one around the corner on the rue de Rivoli & rue de louvre cross street)
  
  We have already recommended the apartment and the website to a few people. We would stay in this apartment again most definitely.

  Excellent Location, A Comfortable Parisian Stay

  We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend the apartment to friends.
  
  It was nice, clean, and ideally located for us (family of four with two boys aged 10 & 12).

  Charming apartment in a Great Location!

  The apartment was wonderful and the location was amazing. It is perfect for a family of 4-5. It is right across from the Louvre and half a block from the Louvre-Rivoli metro. It is a charming apartment of the old French elegance style. The building is very secure and convenient to markets, patisseries, restaurants, and other stores. The rental process went smoothly and the owner was very gracious and accessible. Renting the apartment certainly contributed to our wonderful visit to Paris. We would definitely return.

  We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The Landlord was gracious, helpful and a joy to work with; the apt is extremely well located, with easy access to the Metro and the tourist sites. immediately surrounding the apartment were cafes, stores, conveniences that made the stay easy for a famiy; access from CDG is easy via RER B and 1 metro stop to Louvre Rivoli which is across the street; 3 beds and a couch provides good accommadations for a family of 5; apt had security and was clean and well maintained. i highly recommend this unit and plan to rebook it again

  We really enjoyed our stay in Paris at Rue de l'Oratoire - apt #209. Its a magnificent old building in such a convenient and central location. It had a great homely feeling and perfect for a family. We had two adult children and one youngster staying there.

  Steps from the Louvre

  This is a comfortable and wonderful, centrally-located apartment with large French windows and narrow, long balcony facing the Louvre. Just outside the door is a pod for the Velib bike rentals, one of the best ways to explore Paris.
  
  We were able to walk easily to the Louvre, the Marais, Beaubourg, as well as across the river to St. Germain des Pres, etc. For further explorations, we grabbed bikes and pedaled around the city of lights.
  
  Highly recommend.
