A few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, this 4-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and residential neighbourhood, whatever the time of the day, its streets are absolutely safe� All the shops that you could need are very close: supermarket, bakeries, caterer, fish shop� You will especially love the Poncelet market nearby, well known and beloved by the inhabitants. Do not miss the fish shop Daguerre Marée, one... of the best in Paris. The closest subway stops are Argentine, Ternes and of course Charles de Gaulle Etoile. A great number of bus lines are also at your disposal.

This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a good standing building with a lift. The access is made safe by 2 digicode. A long balcony (10sqm) goes all along the living-room, one of the bedroom also has a balcony. All the bedrooms windows overlook a courtyard which allow a perfect quietness.

This beautiful 140sqm has 4 separate bedrooms. The large living-room is accessible from the hallway on your left. It has a nice living area with 2 couches and a dining are with a large wooden table that can accomodate up to 8 guests. At the end of the corridor, on the left, you wil find a double bedroom with a small balcony. On the right of the corridor you will access the 2 other bedrooms. The 1st one has a single bed and another single matress under it. You can use this room as a single room or as a double bedroom (160x180). The last bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and a furniture to store your clothes. You will appreciate the multiple option you have to have a shower : the apartments has 2 bathrooms accessible from the corridor. One with a bathtub, another one with a bathtub, a walk-in shower and toilets. Please note that there are also other independant toilets in the apartment.
