SydneyA great rental experience
Left on 03/02/2013 for a stay in January 2013
A fabulous rental experience - from first contact to last the people at Rent Paris Now could not have been more helpful or more pleasant. The apartment is extremely comfortable, well equipped and very clean. step outside the building and you are in the historic heart of Paris - bustling, narrow streets full of interest. Back in the apartment at the end of a long day all is quiet and comfort. Will most certainly return again and again!

MelbourneA surprisingly quiet refuge amidst the Marais action.
Left on 07/10/2012 for a stay in June 2012
This apartment, located approximately half way between Place de Vosges and Pompidou Museum, faces a large and peaceful internal courtyard. The sense of peace and quiet is emphasised as soon as one steps out of the excellent security of the building into the noise and bustle of the Marais. Lack of airconditioning could be an issue in the middle of summer but otherwise the apartment has all the facilites one could want including a more than adequate (small) kitchen. Delighted to find sharp kitchen knives! We had an additional guest for several nights who claimed the sofa-bed was very comfortable but the fact that the bathroom is accessed via the one bedroom emphasised that the apartment is best considered as accommodation for two visitors.

San Jose, CAGreat apartment in the Marais
Left on 05/11/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We spent two weeks in this lovely apartment in the Marais and were very pleased. The apartment is very spacious, quiet and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the lift - very large and efficient compared to those in other apartments where we have stayed. The common areas are also very clean and well-maintained. All in all, this is a very nice apartment in a great location.

London, OntarioOne Great Stay
Left on 03/30/2012 for a stay in March 2012
We recently rented the apartment at 43-45 Rue Vielle de Temple for 5 nights. I'm not an expert on Paris neighbourhoods but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better location for a short term visit. The Marais is an older neighbourhood, dotted with small retail and food shops and restaurants. It has all the places you need as a short term visitor. Its very handy to the Metro lines, about a 5 minute walk to the Hotel de Ville stop.
The apartment itself is great - smaller than it looks in the pictures perhaps but still spacious by French or European standards. Its well equipped with high end appliances and the bed and couch/chairs are comfortable.
The local rep Baltazar and his associate met us promptly and spent lots of time taking us through how to work everything in the apartment before leaving with the option of contacting him if anything further was needed.
The apartment is very quiet - at least the parts facing the courtyars. The living room window unfortunately faces as small street that surprisingly is used a rapid transit route for vehicles - trucks cars, scooters and motorcycles on occasion and they seem to believe the faster they can negotiate the road the better for them, so it can be noisy at times but not really disturbing and part of the atmosphere.
The concierge Madame Olivier is very pleasant and helpful, although she speaks little English. Our french was sufficient to understand what she said on the few occasions we bumped into her on the grounds.
The dining/bar experience locally is in a word, incredible, with more choice than you would hope for and some truly great small places, far better than one recommended by friends located off the Champs Elysee. No need to venture far from the apartment to entertain yourself at night. -

ChicagoComfortable Home in the Heart of the Marais
Left on 10/28/2011 for a stay in October 2011
Just returned from staying here for 10 days. We loved being in the middle of the action of the Marais and then retreating to the apartment who's ambiance is cosy and quiet. The apartment has all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. We lacked for nothing. Loved the building and seeing the concierge every day. It all feels like a forgotten Paris of years gone by, but with all the amenities of modern times. Restaurants of all types and price levels are close by. You can get the best croissants a minutes walk away. Not to mention chocolates and falafel too.No need to go by cab or metro to find good food. Jose and company are there if you need them and leave clear explanations for all appliances. Hope to return again and would highly recommend this apartment and any Rent Paris Now apartment.

Left on 06/22/2011 for a stay in January 2011
We continue to rent this apartment because it meets all our needs. The location is superb and very secure. From the front door, thru an iron gate to the courtyard..to the apt. The surroundings are well maintained - you'll see the concierge washing the tile floors, the front door - dressed to the 9's! How chic! The apartment is immaculate, nicely furnished, the kitchen is compact - wait until you see the stove - it's German - it starts by hovering your finger over the controls. Bed is comfortable. Step outside - you are steps from everything! When you open the blue door to go onto the sidewalk - it's as if you are entering a movie scene! You go from very quiet courtyard to Paris! If you are looking for the complete Paris experience - this is the apartment.

Left on 06/14/2011 for a stay in October 2010
My Mother, Sister and I vacationed in this wonderful, tastefully appointed apartment, located on the Rue Vielle du Temple during our first visit to Paris in 10/10! We were so pleased with the location, the amenities and the friendliness of Mr. Ibarro's assistants!
After many long and fulfilling days of exploring, we were so grateful to have our
"home away from home" which was situated behind 2 large blue beautifully crafted entry doors, surrounded by a lovely courtyard with greenery and was extrememly quiet while we relaxed each evening! The neighborhood offered amazing bistros, boutiques, bakeries, museums directly outside the front door and was within walking distance to the Metro ect. -

Left on 05/03/2011 for a stay in April 2011
From the day we made our reservations the process was painless. We first contacted Jose who gave us first class service. He explained to us the process by phone and followed everything up with e-mails. When we arrived in Paris (our first trip to Europe) we took the train from the airport to the Marais area and easily found the apartment. We were greeted by Baltazar Pelayo. He explained the appliances in the apartment, answered all our questions and explained the check out procedures. He left us with a notebook of everything he had talked about. Nothing could have been easier. We found the apartment to be perfect. Starting with the location, fully equipped kitchen (nothing missing), furnishings and washer/dryer. The apartment was quiet on the inside but there was always something going on, on the outside. There are fine restaurants, bars, bakeries, museums all within easy walking distance. The first day we even walked from the apartment to the Eiffel Tower. When Metro transportation was needed it was easily found. There was nothing more we could have asked for. It was a perfect vacation in Paris.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood! Someone was there to greet us and told us what we needed to know. The sofa bed was comfy as well as the "American Queen" size bed in the bedroom. We stayed in one night and made dinner for eight. The family we went to visit loved the apartment as well. Our family that stayed in a hotel were jealous. The value is exceptional and the contact/service here in the states is well worth it!

Our family has just returned home after spending 7 weeks in Europe, Paris was our 2nd week. The service we recieved was excellent, Baltazar met us at the door and gave us an extensive tour and explaination of the apartment, their was also an instruction file on hand, a wonderful warm welcome and some tips on where to find a food supplies and transport options. The apartment itself was amazing (we rated all other apartments (5) on our stay against this one). Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking facilities, could not think of one thing we didin't have. Shower with ample hot water, washing machine, confortable beds and lots of books on Paris to read. We did stay in one day as one of us was sick and really appreciated the Dvd's in Engish to keep us entertained. Overall a wonderful apartment in a great location, walking distance to everything, metro stations nearby, great bakery across the road, shopping outside the door. Amazingly quiet inside considering the busy area just outside the door. Booking, arrival and departure procedures very professional, a great company to deal with and will definately recommend to anyone visiting Paris. A wonderful city.

I highly recommend this apartment, and the service that we got was excellent.
The place was clean and very well equipped.
The price is very reasonable for the location. We travel with young kids, and they did very well in the apartment.
The apartment situated in very cool area, you are within walking distance to the Notre dame, Spanish quarter, Jewish quarter if you are looking for Kosher food, and they have playground nearby for the kids.
We were able to walk to the river seine and take the bus boat to the Eifel tower and the Louvre.
Management was very nice and make sure that we were comfortable. -

We had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment in Paris. It was clean, nicely furnished and well equipped and felt like a home away from home for my family which included 2 toddlers. It was such a nice haven for us to come back to after enjoying the sights of Paris and we always felt safe no matter what time of day it was. I cannot emphasize how ideal the location is, steps away from great restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. All the major sights were also easy to get to.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful part of Paris. It was centrally located and we easily reached everything by walking or using the Metro. The area has everything you need and then some wonderful treats like an authentic French bakery, gelaterias, chocolate shops, perfumeries and a host of fashion shops that are a feast for the eyes. The apartment itself is very private a beautifully appointed. It has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen which would be appreciated by any cook. The range of Dvd's and books made for wonderful evenings in after a busy day. Thank you for making our Paris experience so wonderful. we will definitely be back!

From first to last this was an exceptional experience! All communication with the agency prior to our arrival was prompt and thoughtful.
The location was beyond excellent.

We were traveling with our teen age grand daughter and the accomodations were perfect. She went out each morning to the boulangerie and brought back treats for coffee... restaurants near by were terrific... would return in a heart beat! -

This charming apartment made us feel like locals. We were there in the height of tourist season but it was quiet, comfortable and well furnished. This was our first time in Paris. Our taxi turned on a busy, quaint street and stopped at a blue door. Really? He pointed to the number above the door. We entered the door and through a secure gate. A large courtyard was inside~beautiful. Balthazar met us at the door and answered our myriad of questions~ so patient! The apartment was spacious and very nicely decorated.
We dropped our bags and decided to take a little walk. The river Seine! Notre dame! Bridges! Cafes! Shops! The location was sublime. We walked just about everywhere.
The apartment was perfect. Even with no view we wouldn't have traded it for any other accommodation. We used the washer dryer, dishwasher... all appliance instructions were clear. It was easy to pick up pastry, cheese and bread for a light meal or snack. Outside the blue door is Rue des Rosiers in the Marais district. Great street food, crepes and falafel. Wonderful restaurants and shopping. On Sunday locals come to stroll the district. Very nice. What a romantic setting for our first trip to Paris to celebrate out 30th anniversary. -

Dear Jose,
Thanks so much for your prompt response to our request for an apartment in
the Marais. What a perfect location, wonderful decor and behind the big blue
doors an oasis of calm after our days of wandering. We thoroughly enjoyed
being in the thick of it , our girls loved the crepe stand across the street! and
next time we need to try the Falafel restaurants down the street that had lines
around the corner! We had many delightful evenings just a few short walks
from the apartment and enjoyed all the shopping and museums right in the
vicinity.
Thank you again and we will be in touch again
Sincerely

This is the second time I've stayed in this lovely apartment and I'm looking forward to my next visit already. From my initial booking to the owner's representative meeting me at the apartment when I arrived, the process is smooth and efficient.
The apartment is located on a quiet inner courtyard. It is thoughtfully appointed, well decorated and very comfortable. It's in a great location; convenient to bakeries, restaurants and boutiques in the eclectic Marais district. And, the rest of Paris is only a short Metro stop away.
Enjoy Paris the way the Parisians do by staying in this apartment!
