The apartment is in a great location but we wont stay here again for many reasons. First off the floors are uneven and slope significantly. We could over look the floors but the bed is so very uncomfortable and has horrible pillows! We had neck cramps and back pain the entire time we were there (30 days)! The shower is also extremely small and very difficult to get in and out of because it's crammed into a corner in the tiny bath room. I almost fell getting out of the shower because it's positioned 12" off the ground so you have to step up to get in and step down to get out. Luckily I'm only 5'-2" so I fit in the shower but if you're tall, you'll hit your head on the showerhead.

We have hosted many guests at our apartment and many of them reference the comfort of the bed, the excellent location and no one has ever mentioned anything about the floor being uneven. The prior testimonials posted here speak for themselves. In reference to this guest we spoke before and after her stay. After her stay, she indicated that she was very happy with the location and that she had a wonderful time in the apartment. Prior to her 30 night stay we made it clear that this was a Studio and to please read the testimonials below to help her make her decision. She never hesitated and was certain that she wanted this Studio. We also assisted this guest with Medical care while in Paris, a very stressful situation for anyone that is in another country, we are very sorry her testimonial does not reference our kindness and assistance.

We stayed in the wonderful apartment for eight nights in July 2012. The location of the apartment could not be better if you're into museums, shopping, parks, etc.
Everything you need for an apartment in Paris can be found through Rent Paris Now.
One thing to consider is there is no elevator and it's 4 stories up.
We highly recommend it. -

This is a great location. Literally 1 block off the Champs-Élysées. The space is small but has all of the services. There was only 2 of us, but we never felt cramped. Its on the 4th floor so high enough to quell street noise, but a climb for sure. The location is secure with a locked building entrance 24/7, and a locked courtyard after 8pm. Always felt safe.

Staying across from the Palais Elysees and seeing the security guards outside the window made us feel safe and secure in Paris. Rue de Faubourg St. Honore is magical. You can walk to the subway, groceries nearby, the best window shopping and of course Le Duree for the world's best macarons is only a block away. It is 5 flights up on narrow stairs so no heels but well worth the climb!
