This apartment has it all. Clean, comfortable and located in a terrific area. Close to restaurants, shops, train station and shopping. You are 20 minutes away from anything in Paris via Metro and it is very easy to get around Paris via the Metro. www.parisbytrain.com was an extremely helpful website. The air France bus from CDG airport leaves you two short blocks away.
Booking this apartment via the internet was easy. The management company responded to questions or requests promptly and was very accomodating. Bernard met us at the apartment upon our arrival and provided us with his cell phone number in the event that we had any questions or needed any assistance. -

I can definately recommend this apartment. It was very clean, everything we needed, and the tiny lift was a huge help at the end of a long day. My daughter and I always looked forward to coming home to our apartment. The biggest advantage was the metro stop just steps from our apartment building. The process of renting, being met with the keys, and the returning of keys was smooth and effortless. I would definately use this rental company again, without any hesitation.

Great one bedroom apartment that sleeps up to four people. It has one bedroom, and a living room with a foldout couch. Tastefully furnished with cute bathroom. Windows open onto narrow balconies givng superb view of the Montparnasse area. Great location near the Montparnasse train station, and easy Metro access. Just a block from air France bus stop from CDG. Lots of great restaurants in the area; easy to get to any Paris location given that it is located close to various forms of public transportation. There is lots of shopping in the mall at the base of the Montparnasse tower, and a nearby Monoprix for groceries.
It is on the top floor, with tiny two person elevator, so if stairs are a problem or you have small kids might be a challenge. No oven or dryer; the microwave is combined microwave/convection oven; was lots of fun translating instructions from French. There is a washing machine in bathroom.
Has a computer and wi-fi which was easy to sign on to. No printer for boarding passes, etc.
All-in-all we would stay here again, and are thinking of returning in May. -

We just loved this apartment. It was modern, roomy, comfortable and it had all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. Like a computer so we didn't need to bring one, a washer so we could pack light, a fully equipped kitchen to cook some meals and save some euros for sightseeing. We also loved the three floor to ceiling windows and balcony overlooking the street below which gave us a lovely breeze through the apt.
The rental agency personnel were extremely professional and helpful. Jeremy patiently answered all of our e-mail questions before we left home. Bernard met us at the apartment and fully explained everything to us. They were always accessable for questions during our stay esp. when we couldn't remember how to operate the washer.
The location is a short walk to the Montparnasse metro station where 4 lines converge and can literally take you in all directions to all the sites in Paris. We used the metro extensively buying a "carnet" of 10 tickets each at a time which was cheaper than individual tickets. There are two large supermarkets very close by as well as open air markets. Restaurants are numerous including alot of excellent creperies. We especially liked Creperie de Josselin on rue du Montparnasse. It's very popular and doesn't take credit cards but the crepes are delicious and it is definitely worth a wait. -

Upon arriving at our Paris apartment we were greeted by Bernard, who welcomed us and assisted us in settling in.We were provided with a few essentials which were very much appreciated.
We were delighted with the location, being very close to Gare Montparnasse train station and a few meters away from a handy market.
The apartment was very comfortable with a nice kitchen, that allowed us to eat in for the first time on our trip.
The balcony allowed us to watch this lovely part of the world go by, whilst enjoying local wine and cheese.
The apartment was clean and well presented. The only issue was a slow running drain in the shower, which may need a little maintenance.
When we return to Paris we will return to Montparnasse -

We loved the location - simple to get around and the apartment was perfect. Having a full apartment was a great way to travel, particularly with kids/teenagers. We definitely plan to return to Paris and I will definitely look to Holidays France Rentals for our next visit. Thank you very much.

Pros - Bernard the host was very welcoming with maps, guide books and a few groceries to get us going. It was a very clean comfortable apartment, close to a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and patisseries, theatres, weekend markets and 3 different metro stations within 500m. It was even an easy run into central Paris, if so inclined..
Negs - It could be hot in Summer as it faces west and there's no air con. We couldn't get the internet to work, despite calling and asking for some assistance. We got by, by opening the french doors and connecting to the free one (that threw you off every 30mins) from the shopping precinct across the road. This definitely needs to be improved. -

The apartment was the perfect size for me and my friend. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. And, the location was perfect. The metro was close and so was the grocery store besides the bus to the airport. There was a computer hook up too. Plus, the open market was just a couple of blocks away. Bernard welcomed us with such a wonderful greeting and recommended the perfect place to splurge on dinner. Thank you for the most wonderful time.
Hopefully, there will be a next time. -
