MELBOURNELiving like a Parisian local yet ideal for touring Paris.
Left on 10/31/2012 for a stay in October 2012
My family enjoyed our week in this well equipped apartment near Eiffel Tower, in fact very near Eiffel Tower. We liked to look up at it from our balcony. The apartment was quiet and comfortable, everything worked well. We liked the convenience of the many nearby restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. We could easily walk to tour Paris landmarks, or to the RER train station or bus stop.
Holiday France Rentals managed our stay efficiently and professionally. -

Better than what we expected, the location is ideal for exploring all of Paris with the Metro station close by, lots of very good cafe's and restaurants within walking distance
The apartment had everything we needed including a bottle of French Red wine from Bernard and local jam, nice touch.
Clean, secure and inviting.
Even a washing machine and dryer.

Perfect location, beautiful, well-appointed apartment with view of the Eiffel Tower. Pictures are accurate and apartment is even better in person. Everything is top of the line. Bernard was a wonderful host, greeting us with a warm welcome, a bottle of wine and food to get us underway. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and enjoyed dinners at the French, Italian and Vietnamese restaurants on the street. This became a special place for us, truly feeling like home.

Fairfax, VABeautiful apartment in the heart of the Eiffel Tower district
Left on 07/05/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We stayed in this beautiful apartment just one block from the Eiffel Tower park and just a few blocks from the train station for two delightful weeks. There were several restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and it was within walking distance of the famed Rue Cler. The manager met us at the apartment for check in and arrived in the morning of our departure for check out. Anytime we had a question, we could call HFR for assistance. This apartment has lots of old world charm, newly renovated bath and laundry room and was filled with lovely antiques.

We had never rented an apartment before although we had been in France several times. The Eiffel Tower apartment had been recently renovated and was perfect. It was spacious, immaculate, and all the appliances and bathroom facilities were brand new. It was convenient to restaurants and shops, and of course, close to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. The apartment managers were the best. They helped with our rental car return, helped carry luggage to the apartment, and even provided basic kitchen supplies and a bottle of wine. They arranged for transportation to the airport at the end of our stay. Our experience could not have been better. We will definitely rent an apartment the next time we are in Paris, and will always rent from Holiday France Rentals. Bernard, Jeremy, and aiden...you are terrific! Thanks so much.

Holiday France Rentals manages this apartment. This company is exceptional--service is over the top, care for the client is unmatched in my experience. Bernard Vidal runs HFR, and you will not find a more professional, nice, honest person to do business with. Jeremy at HFR was also helpful and courteous. Upon arrival, we were greeted with bread, butter, jam, something nice to drink. The hospitality and personal touch of this company is really uncommon.
This apartment is extremely close to the Eiffel tower, is literally across the street from dining, pharmacy, and grocery. You can walk to the base of the Eiffel in less than 5 minutes. Apartment is appointed nice enough, and is equipped with exactly the amenities listed on HFR website. The rental price is appropriate for this place. -

Simply fabulous. Bernard and Jeremy were great to work with and helped us arrange transportation to and from the train station, which was much appreciated. Bernard met us at the apartment with a bottle of wine and a little variety of essentials in the refrigerator (milk, butter, etc). Bernard is the best. He helped us arrange a taxi late on a Thursday night.
The apartment was spacious – four adults slept comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the couches were great. There is a small lift to the 3rd floor (4th floor in U.S. terms). The location was ideal. Within steps of the Eiffel Tower we would watch the light show nightly at 23:00. We loved visiting the café for the amazing pain au chocolat and baguettes of bread. The Italian restaurant at the end of the street has great pizza to go.
If you’re looking for an outstanding apartment in an amazing location then look no further. You will not be disappointed, c’est fabuleux. -

We very much appreciated Bernard being at the apartment tp greet us with a good bottle of wine and his efforts to book a taxi when we were leaving (impossible at 9:00a.m) We found the apartment comfortable, bright and spacious. There was lots of storage, the little kitchen was compact but well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable but the living room furniture was soiled as was the carpet. Location was great being close to
Rue Cler markets, the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the nearby Seine at night watching the tower and bridges all lit up. -

We stayed at the eiffel tower apartment on a recent trip to Paris. It was the perfect location, easy to get to bus and metro to get around. The apartment is comfortable and gives you much more flexibility and space than a hotel. I could enjoy a cup of tea in the morning before heading out for our day, my husband used the wireless access to stay in touch with work and when I wanted to sleep a little late, he could have a cup of coffee and relax in the living room. I don't think we will ever stay in a hotel again! The HFR crew were very helpful and accommodating.

Our family had a great stay here! The location was ideal for us. My son loved going to the cafe in the morning and buying croissants for our breakfast in the apartment. The apartment is in an older building that's showing some age - the floors are squeeky floors, etc. The only problem we had and it was minor, was that the light in the kitchen didn't work.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eiffel Tower apartment. The service we received upon check in was superb and the apartment itself had everything we needed. There was also a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room. Staying in this apartment was certainly one of the highlights of our visit to Paris!

Melbourne, AustraliaFabulous service in a fabulous apartment!
Left on 04/13/2010 for a stay in April 2010
My partner and I (with our two kids aged 4 and 7) hadn't been to Paris before and made a last minute decision to visit for about 10 days in April. I must admit initially I was a bit nervous about renting an apartment over the internet at all, especially dragging two small children across the world not knowing what to expect, but as soon as I was in contact with the HFR team I was instantly at ease and was comfortable booking accommodation with them. The hardest part of planning our trip was deciding which apartment to choose! With plenty of input and suggestions from Jeremy and Bernard, we chose the Eiffel Tower.
We were not disappointed in the least.
The apartment was as photographed and described (although it has a lift and I don't recall that being mentioned). It was actually bigger than I was expecting. The location was handy to the RER and metro, past the Eiffel Tower itself, which the kids especially loved. Also, its near the Batobus (the "bus boat") on the Seine, which made a lovely alternative to the metro. We didn't attempt to catch an actual bus but they were going past the adjacent street. The area is residential and doesn't have much in the way of retail or clothing shops, but it has plenty of brasseries, restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, bakeries and pastry shops, and not far from the Rue de Cler area. The apartment is on a quiet side street. The bedrooms were quiet and living area got sun in afternoon.
For us, being coffee drinkers, the inclusion of a Nespresso machine was an added bonus, despite being across the road from a Brasserie. We also made plenty of use of the kitchen (especially the dishwasher) and the washing machine. A dryer wasn't needed as there is more than enough hanging space in the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and gadgets.
We are looking forward to returning to Paris again someday and I wouldn't hestiate in booking this apartment or another with the HFR team.
