Everything is bright and new after the renovation. The ceilings reach high. Up 1 flight of stairs, no elevator. Private Outdoor Terrace is just below at the foot of the stairs.
The private bathroom is around the corner. Full kitchen includes coffeemaker, microwave, and toaster. With 3 windows onto the courtyard, there is plenty of light.

The price per night listed above is our "average" price per night. Pricing fluctuates during the year based on length of your stay and the season in which you travel. We do not charge extra for additional guest. We have a 4 night minimum stay throughout the year (most agencies require a 7 night stay). The only fee associated with the booking is a $79.00 non-refundable damage wavier fee. We do offer early arrival and late departure for a nominal fee. The apartment was very user friendly. Good size closet ,airy , 2 sinks ,shower separate . Living area was laid out in a way to make it seem spacious. Metro close by. Inside courtyard was pretty and private. Least attractive feature was the block it was on was rather dilapidated.still it was populated by cafes and restaurants at night to lend a secure feeling when coming home late. Owners were friendly and helpful. The location on the border of the Marais and Bastille was in my opinion the best possible for a Paris adventure without being a typical tourist epicenter. Best thing was you were happy to come home to it at night which I guess says it all.

This is a large studio apartment in the Marais neighborhood near two metro stops and walkable to so many great sights. There were some communication issues regarding our arrival time and the unit was not professionally cleaned before we arrived, but these were resolved and the apartment was very nice. It is on the second floor and the terrace on the first floor, so the terrace is not as accessible as we had thought. We were out most of the day so this was very minor. Our hosts stocked the unit with some pantry items and paper goods and there is a supermarket and (great) bakery very near by. They also provided guide books, wifi and restaurant suggestions.

Spacious apartment for two people. We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Convenient to metro, restaurants, grocery store and bars. The actual apartment was very quiet, comfortable and had plenty of closet space. The owners were very sweet and accommodating. we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We stayed in this apartment for our honeymoon and it was perfect. A vacation rental is the way to go in Paris! We had ample space, an extremely comfortable bed, and an unbeatable location. Free international phone calls, WiFi, and many maps/guidebooks were also a huge help for the traveller. Upon check-in we also received a large bottle of orange juice, water, and a fruit basket, as well as a nice chocolate bar as a honeymoon gift - a nice touch.

Stayed in a Paris Flat in the downtwn area not far from the Church of Notre Dame and the apartment was wonderfully appointed and the apartment landlord was spectacularly helpful when called upon.

We booked tickets for an august trip to Paris, not realizing that it was not only the hottest time of year, but also the busiest in terms of tourism. This apartment was our haven away from the hoards of visitors -- and was still close to a Metro station, charming stores and restaurants, and the active Bastille area.
In terms of comfort, the apartment was the perfect size for two. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything you might need. We were able to make a lovely dinner one night with groceries from the nearby Carrefour. It's also very close to Place de Voges, a local park to spend a nice afternoon.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay. Recommended to those looking for a pleasant local experience. -

Oh,we just had the best time living like a local. Kitchen came well stocked, even with laundry soap so we left with clean clothes, a great plus. The books were all in English, plenty of tv stations in English,lots of local info. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment is placed in a lovely courtyard. It`s quiet and safe and you almost feel like a lokal when people are going to work in the morning,coming home in the afternoon,eating and talking at the terrace. The area is very nice and close to marais .A lot of interesting shops, a lot of cafees and market-places.

Very nice flat, a bit small, only for two, not for 4 people and well situated. its very well equiped, with tc, phone, wifi, alsmot full kitchen. nice bed..too much Ikea but very nice, i would repeat.

Our stay in Paris was fantastic, and the main reason was the flat #12 on Rue amelot. The location was perfect. There was easy access to the metro, and lots of local businesses and restauraunts to investigate. Our stay at the flat was relaxing, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The ability to interact with the people living in the complex added greatly to the experience.

great location, TV did not work had to call, Person across from court yard had a very very very load party until 5 am. There was no one to call about the party. So we got no sleep.

We apologize on behalf of the neighbors who had a housewarming party.
The neighbors did put a notice up in the courtyard to inform other neighbors about the party as to invite them, as is customary in France. Indeed, the message was only in French and so the guests were not made aware. It was unfortunate that the party took place the weekend they were staying at the flat but this type of event is extremely rare. It is "tolerated" once in a while by the neighbors, but it is not a regular occurrence. Nobody would get any sleep if it was! Please see other reviews who testify to the serenity of the courtyard.
The arrival manager did fix the TV the next day because the guests were out the day that the TV outage was reported (one plug had been undone).

Location was key for this apartment. For Paris, the price was right and we had all we needed in the unit. Set back off the street in a courtyard, it was very quiet and secure. I would book this unit again on another return to Paris. Can't loose with this one!

the apt was good, except that the couch meant for extra sleeping was not comfortable at all for that purpose. We were two women friends not planning to share a bed. The apt is in a quiet courtyard is a big plus - owner was friendly and helpful, although the microwave never got fixed during our stay. The location was convenient - not in the center of things but not a far walk to the Marais and to Notre Dame. Metro stop a block away which was convenient

Wow, very hard to get all of this into a review. If you are reading this you are like me, I depend on reviews to be honest and helpful and often a review can determine not if I buy, but which one. So, I'll list some great things to maybe help ...
The area: The location is great if you want to take the Metro, it's just around the corner, St. Sebastien on the 8 line. We bought unlimited passes online, easy to find. We also actually walked home from the Louvre one day, we are New Yorkers, so it wasn't a bad walk at all. Taxis run on the main street and there's a bike rental shop on the main street as well. There are many ethnic restaurants on the main street parallel to Rue amelot, I believe the name is Rue Beaumarchais. There's Cuban, Thai, Creole, Pizza, Bakeries, Seafood and many other places that are within 5-6 blocks of the apartment. There was also a crepe stand in Bastille circle. We had crepes 3 days in a row from there, tasty! also if you are into motorcycles, this apartment is close to a strip of bike stores (harley and such) on the main street and there are also a few clothing stores nearby. The opera house is located at the circle and several options for dining are in Bastille circle too, just a quick 10-15 minute walk. On the corner just a few steps from the front gate of the apartment is a mini store called "Proxi". You can buy the basics here like juices and small grocery items as well as liquor. There's a drug store around the corner we found convenient for toiletries left at home. -

We were very excited when we found this apartment online, and were even more excited when we arrived! There wasn't a thing we could complain about - the owner/ manager was friendly and available, but didn't impact our privacy at all. The courtyard and patio area was beautiful and relaxing, where we enjoyed our cafe in the mornings, and our wine in the evenings. There are several restaurants and bars in the area, and it is only a few minutes away from the metro. The location is very convenient, even though it appears to be outside of the main centre of town. The best surprise was the size of this apartment - even though it is basically one room (plus kitchen and bathroom areas), it is huge by Paris standards!
We really hope to go back soon. -

The studio apt was v adequate for two people. The bed and shower were great. The sofa that converts for additional sleeping is quite hard and we found it uncomfortable. The location in a private courtyard is wonderful - we enjoyed the plants and flowers. The general location - at the edge of the Marais and close to markets and metro was very convenient. The owner/manager were quite helpful and friendly although we never did get the microwave working.

The apartment was easy to find and well situated in Paris. Not right in the heart of the Marais which was a bit disappointing, but is walkable within 10 minutes. The apartment was VERY quiet because of being located inside the inner court of a building. Only the sound of small children going off to school in the morning. The apartment is bright and well appointed. Free phone calls to the USA and Canada were a big bonus!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The entire experience was perfect. Drew at Cobble Stay was very help and easy to work with. He really wants to understands what his clients are looking for and seeks to assist with selecting the perfect apartment for their needs and wants. The process of renting the apartment was seamless. He provided me with everything I needed in order to locate and access the apartment.
Now for the apartment, it was PERFECT! Spacious, clean and in a very convenient location in Paris. During this trip to Paris, I wanted to “live like a Parisian”. This apartment was in a neighborhood where real Parisians live. Needless to say, I didn’t want to leave! The apartment owners were the BEST. They were very helpful and accommodating. I think they’ve gone the extra mile to ensure that guests are comfortable.....nice towels, VERY comfortable bed, free phone service to the United States, Paris guide books, etc.
Overall, I had a great Cobble Stay experience!
