It is only 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame de Paris "Ile-de la Citè" and 2 min. walking from either Saint Paul or Hotel de Ville subway stations.
Very close to supermarkets and Pharmacy.
The place is surrounded by restaurants , pubs and shops. If you love walking among small and ancient streets this is the place.
Right in the heart of Le Marais , the beautiful friendly quartier full of restò and bars for all gouts that never sleeps.

We spent a wonderful time in Paris; the rental has been a part of this.
We had a nice sweet small flat, clean, in an incredible position, close to the subway, in the middle of Paris!

When a work contract extended by only 2 months I feared that I would be stuck in a hotel when my other accommodation could not allow me to run an additional month.
After a lot of searching for something close to the M1 line (couldn't be much closer!) and in an area I already knew, this apartment was a shining star on trip advisor.
The owner was very quick and complete with correspondence, arranged a viewing within a few days, and I was able to move in on the day I required.
The owner was very amicable when my work contract changed again and was cut short. There was no problem to shorten my stay, return my deposit and make arrangements to leave keys with a trusted party.
I believe there is a cleaner in the price however I was not there long enough to utilize this service.
The apartment is clean and has a good layout, is a decent size, it is a 2 minute walk to shops, metro line 1, pubs and restaurants surround the area. I would recommend this apartment to anyone either short term or long term. -

An apartment in the heart of Paris with walking distance to Louvren Notre Dam etc. The apartment is cozy and typical french and very old. It has a comfortable bed, sofa and bathtub. the only negative thing was that one of the neighbourhood was quite loud. I really recommend this apartment it is quite expensive but the location is perfect and you wil feel like a real parisian if living here. l
