The location of this apartment is fantastic, step out the door and you are right in the action of the Marais district across the road from Hotel de Ville with the Metro, restaurants and shopping all at your doorstep. Despite the central location the apartment is set back from the street and we had no problems with street noise. The apartment is large and whilst this meant our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, it lacked the cosy feeling of other places we have stayed. The main room could benefit from a rug to fill some of the void and a coffee table so the space can be better used. The bedrooms were good and comfortable - two single beds in one room and a queen in the other. The kitchen is compact but has the basics, however the limited crockery and cutlery and no dishwasher meant more frequent dish washing than we would have liked. There is a washing maching in the kitchen which we worked out how to operate (instructions would be helpful) but no dryer which made drying clothes during our week long winter visit a slow process. Booking and access instructions were all done very efficiently. Overall a good apartment from location and size perspective but lacks the cosy factor.

I stayed in the apartment in May with my wife, 12 year old daughter and mother in-law. We were amazed at the location, right across from the Hotel de Ville (city centre) and down the road (20min walk) from the Louvre.
The apartment was a perfect size for the four of us. It was convenient in that it had an electronic lock system so we didn’t need to remember keys. It had all the amenities that you would want, e.g. good size bathroom with bath, heating, washing machine. It was near by to a number of great restaurants and to the Metro/RER. Even though it was our first time in Paris we found the the apartment easily by taking the RER from CDG airport (can't remeber what stop) and walking about 250m to the apartment.
The only drawback would have been the booking process because you have to pay the full amount up front by credit card before getting any documentation- which was quite a few months in advance for us. We were worried for a short time that it was a scam. We did however get confirmation and were very thankful to find that this amazing apartment really did exist.

Just to clarify our booking process is no different than any other online hotel reservation system. Upon booking you provide a valid credit card.
We also use the credit card as the security deposit, so there is no need to hand over any cash nor make bank transfers. Confirmation is instant and the client receives confirmation just like any online reservation system.
We have been operating this way for over 2years and 99% of our clients appreciate the ease of the reservation process compared to other typical French agencies.

This was one of the better holiday apartments we have had. Everything went perfectly - directions were spot on and the owner gave us the information we needed to get ourselves sorted with no hassle. The apartment had modern furnishings and decor and Wifi and satellite TV. Worked well for a family of 4. And the location is as central as possible in Paris - directly across the street from Hotel d'Ville and next to the Metro stop. No real complaints (though it is on the 3rd floor with no lift so be warned), this was a good stay and I would recommend to anyone.

We stayed at this apartment from February 22 to 28, 2011. This place has a big living room and very good kitchen. The kitchen has a lot of kitchen equipment so those were very useful to cook some meals when we invited some of our frineds.
All of the rooms are very clean and we love those.
The bath tab with cat's-paw-shaped feet is very cute.
This apartment is located at the center of Paris and very good to go anywhere.
If we come back to Paris again, we will stay there again!
