This apartment was in a great location - close to a variety of Metro stations, shops, restaurants and lovely Parisian cafes. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and well equipped so we really enjoyed our stay - although we were not there much or for long. The two bedrooms were large by Paris standards and the whole apartment had that fresh and clean feel.
One negative was that there was no Internet and TV service because the owner did not pay the service provider. This was unacceptable and caused us some inconvenience and left a black mark against the apartment, which delivered in all other respects.
However ahuge positive was that we could go directly to the apartment on arrival in Paris and not have to go somewhere else to pick up a key - this was most appreciated. It is for this reason that I would use this company again.Response from DestinationCDG - 08/07/2012

Glad you enjoyed Paris and the apartment in general.
The Internet is provided as a service and we have no control over the reliability of the service.
Admittedly there was some confusion between the owner and provider over billing since it was coming directly from the owners bank account but this was resolved with one phone call. As I previously advised, if you brought this to our attention during your stay we could have rectified the situation within a day.
But taking the matter into your own hands and illegally accessing the account only caused further problems and issues for the next client.
We provide numerous means of contact in case of emergency, without knowing of any problems that may arise then we are unable to resolve what could have been an easy fix. -

The apartment was bigger than we expected and very well laid out. The fixtures and furniture were very nice and everything worked well. The apartment was only a short walk (about 150 metres) from a small square that had 3 supermarkets, a number of places to eat and a subway station - so was very convenient for us.
There is parking on the street and we had no trouble finding parks for a short time (dropping or picking things up).
The only thing to be mindful of is that it is on the second floor and there is no elevator (as is usual in paris). However the stairwell was fairly wide and the steps were not tooo steep. We were travelling with a baby and I didnt have any trouble carrying the pram up - but something to be aware of if you are mobility impaired.
If stairs are not a problem, I highly recommend it. -

The stairs while we were there were getting re=built so getting up to the apartment was very ugly with bare dirt, exposed wires and dust. The apartment is a pleasant surprise, but as a group of three it was very hard to sit together in the lounge room, as there was only the lounge which was only big enough for 2 people without sitting in each other's lap.
We attempted to use the free wi-fi but couldn't get it to work, then we could not get on to anyone to get it fixed. Shower blocked up quickly but the bath was great. It has many shops around and transport is close by to get to the main areas of Paris. We walked to the centre and it took us about 40mins. Beds were comfortable.
Walk one street across and you get heaps of eateries and there is a grocery store just 5mins away. -

It was the perfect place for two to four people. I and my wife visited Paris for about a week and stayed there. The rooms are clean, neat, very bright with big windows and so quiet that you can forget tha your are in the middle of Paris. (My wife loved the brightness and the white wall of the room.)
We visited a lot of places there but I can count this condo as the one of the best place I remenver during this trip.
The location is perfect, too. Near a supermarket and a subway station. Above all, this place is very safe to hang around.
So, if someone is looking for safe, quiet and convenient place to stay, here is the place. -

A really beautiful, surprisingly spacious apartment which was perfect for our stay! We got into Gare de l'Est which was only a 20 min walk to the apartment, but there are also Metro stations very close by. All amenities are close by - groceries, bakeries, restaurants, cafes - but it is still very peaceful, and if you like walking, which we do, it was an easy 1/2 hour to the Seine.
The living space in the apartment is open-planned and spacious for a Parisienne apartment, we had people over for lunch, including babies, and there was plenty of room. The couch is very comfortable! The main bedroom is very large, the other bedroom is a lot smaller but adequate. The bathroom was very nice and very clean and it was handy having a separate toilet. For parents with young children, there are doors between the living space and the bedrooms which is perfect for keeping noise levels low when they are sleeping.
Just a few things to be aware of - stairs are quite narrow and they were doing work on them on our arrival - awkward if you have large pieces of luggage, or like us, a pram. The password to the Internet we were given was wrong, but the right one was written in the visitor's folder. Also, it would be handy to have a dustpan and brush, and even a mop - there is a vacuum cleaner but for small or sticky messes, it wasn't very useful.
But these are very small gripes, overall we had a wonderful stay and very good value - I can recommend this highly.
