The indicated price is the weekly/night rate for up to 4 persons. The price includes all charges for electricity, water-heating. Final cleaning fee: 30 euro. Additional cleaning is available on request, at extra cost. Any reservation requires the down-payment of 10% of the total amount. Minimum stay: 5 nights ( feel free to ask me about shorter stays). Delivery of key ( at the apartment): check in is normally scheduled during the afternoon, check out in the morning before 11.00 am. A different arrangement can be made at your convenience, depending on the availability of the apartment. Baby cot: available on request

The apartament is located at an old building, but the interior is renovated. The check in was excellent, the person who received us was very friendly (also speaking portuguese, our native language). The only thing that it's worthy to comment is that the apartment is on the 4th floor, and there isn't a elevator (could be a problem for elderly people). But if this don't bother you, it's a great stay, so close to Notre Dame Cathedral...

lots of stairs up, but this place is very quiet & comfortable with everything we needed for a week. little grocery store right next door, plenty of bakeries nearby, absolutely ideal location. very nice to have a washing machine too. quite roomy for the price.
