Our studio Loft LA TRAVIATA ceiling is over 13 feet high with authentic wooden beams which give a majestic feeling to the space (inspired by the setting of Verdi famous Opera 'La Traviata' (circa 1850s). The architecture dated back to the 16th century. Located on the second floor, (easy on your knees!) the 3 tall windows look on a quiet courtyard, wall-to-ceiling mirrors surrounds a decorative fireplace and an elegant, master, king-size bed. Apply the 1-minute-rule from the river! Your studio is less than a minute walk, steps from the river in the historic heart-of-the-heart of Paris. A walk at midnight over the magic bridges will allow you to soak in the spirit of Paris then walk safely home. The streets are lined with restaurants until 2:00am. HIDDEN SAVINGS: You will also save money two ways. First by walking everywhere. Please note that pricing vary during season. La Traviata start at 99 Euro / night in low season and is up to 195 Euro per night during peak season... such as New Year Eve!

Excellent apartment in the centre of Paris. You can walk to just about every tourist attraction in Paris. Landlords Claude and Violaine (and staff) were efficient and handled our bookings seamlessly - even from New York. The apartment is small (very Parisienne), and cosy in the cold weather - very efficient heating! It is located in streets with many restaurants and supermarkets to satisfy your every desire. Everything that was promised was delivered. This has to be one of the best kept secrets in Paris.

Had a wonderful stay. Location, location, location. Could hear a pin drop in the morning. Travel to Versailles or CDG from the corner metro stop. Would definitely stay again.

Claude and Violaine are delightful to work with. They even offered me a complimentary upgrade to a larger studio when there was a last minute cancellation. They provided quite a lot of info about the area and even helped me arrange a shuttle to/from the airport. That was a great help. I would definitely love to rent from them again. The location could not be better, on a pedestrian street, so close to Notre Dame.

The apartment is so central even I couldn't get lost. The atmosphere and people we met running the place was so welcoming we could have been visiting friends. The apartment had a warmth of history and a feeling that it was a home. I couldn't fault the place and look forward to coming back.

Bonjour Paris apt has indeed great location and very cozy and "Parisian†style. Comprehensive information and guidance from the owners is greatly appreciated as well. Easy transportation from the CDG airport. Apt is convenient for a family or two couples.

Me & my 2 teen agers, 18 & 14, just returned today from lovely La Traviata. The location is simply superb- a few minutes walk from the Notre Dame, just in front of the St Severin church (you get to the place via the church yard), blocks away from St Germain & St Michel blvds. We loved the decor, rustic & grand at the same time. The only drawback is the bath setting- open to the "audience", but we worked around it with a towel. The toilettes are old system and require some manual creativity, but we managed with it as well. Now I know what is the true french paradox- you can eat as much as you want, just work it out climbing stairs...in the house as well as outside, in the metro and all major attractions!!! Claude & Violaine were great- helpful with any question, large or small, very very attentive & responsive- sometimes I got answers within minutes- and we are 10 hours time difference apart...In short- if you need any apartment in Paris, work with this lovely couple only!!! Happy Xmas & New Year to all

We could not have gotten a better location. Great restaurants and shops only steps away. The Metro in walking distance and easy access to the airport and all tourist attractions. We will stay here again in the future!
