The south-facing living room, faces the street and is very luminous and has wooden floor.

In the main room you will find a sofa bed (slatted bed base) that can sleep 2 people, a dining table and its 4 chairs, a wardrobe, a dresser and a computer desk.

You will also have access to a flat screen TV (cable) that you can use as a computer screen, and an Internet connection (ADSL and Wifi).

The bedroom is facing the south and is luminous... too.

It is equipped with a double bed (140*190), 2 bed heads, a chest of drawers and also you will find other drawers under the bed.

The kitchen is separated from the living room and fully equipped. It is furnished with 2 electric plates, a fridge with a freezer, a combined oven and micro-wave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing drying machine. Also at your disposal you will have all the dishes and utensils useful for your stay.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbowl and a mirror, a hair dryer and a towel dryer.

Linens and towels provided.

You will be in a lively area of the Latin Quarter, 2 minutes walking from the Place de la Contrescarpe and its numerous bars and restaurants.

The apartment is well situated, just few minutes from the Place and the Rue Monge wherer you will easily find all the commodities and shops useful for your stay (a market Place Monge, pharmacies, bakeries, shops, supermarkets, etc.)

Closest Metro:

You will be just between 2 metro stations, Place Monge (line 7) and Cardinal Lemoine (line 10).

So you will easily go to Châtelet, the Ile de la Cité (Notre Dame), the Ile St Louis, the Louvre or Opéra and the Montmartre district (Cadet station).

From line 10 you will have access to Odeon (St Germain des Près) and the Gare d'Austerlitz.
