Atlanta, GAThe perfect place to stay in Paris!
Left on 03/29/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We are a family of five, children ages 18,15,& 12, who spent a week at Babylone 3 and could not have been happier with the apartment! Our time in Paris was wonderful and this was due in large part to our accommodations! The apartment was spacious, quiet and a nice refuge after long days of sightseeing-so much better than hotel rooms! The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and linens. There are two shower/sink rooms (one with a tub/shower) and a separate room containing only a toilet. Having only one toilet was never an issue since it was in its own room and the other bathrooms were modern and well appointed. The kitchen was perfect and well-equipped. It was great to walk to nearby boulangeries (Poilane) and bring croissants home for breakfast, as well as eat dinner in a few nights thanks to the Grande Epicerie around the corner and a great pizza restaurant with take out less than half a block away. It was nice to have a new washer&dryer; so that we didn't have to pack as much. The building is secure with entry codes/keys and also has a nice, quick elevator.Other perks-large apple computer and free wifi and free phone calls to all us land lines and all calls in France.
The location was ideal-in Saint Germain with great shopping and bistros, and within walking distance of so many sites. We walked to Hotel des Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay, Pantheon, & the Louvre. The metro stop (Sevres-Babylone) is a easy block away. The neighborhood was safe and our kids were able to venture out on their own.
Paris Rental Connection was professional-wiring the payment and getting our security deposit back was seamless, and their agent was waiting for us in the apartment with a thorough orientation in perfect English. The car service that they recommended provided both airport transfers. His rate was less than others, he was knowledgeable as a tour guide, spoke great English, and drove a new van.
There truly is nothing that was lacking & we'll be back!

Left on 02/14/2013 for a stay in July 2011
We were 3 couples in an extended family who stayed in Babylone for a week in July 2011. This beautiful apartment is in a great location. Three generous bedrooms. Top-of-the-line kitchen with eating space. Large, well-appointed living room. Good bathrooms. Short walk to Bon Marche, Metro, Valibe bike rental, and many fine restaurants. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that there is only one toilet in a separate room adjoining the eating space. We adjusted and it was really not a problem, but was not ideal. I would go back!

I stayed with my wife and three children and had a great time. The apartment is in impeccable condition and very comfortable. The location is ideal, in a very quiet area of the city but within walking distance of all the major sites in Paris.
I would definitely recommend it to families coming to Paris and looking for a well located, comfortable place.

Our family of five stayed here over Christmas week. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was luxurious, quiet and comfortable. The metro stop is nearby and the location is very central for Paris exploration. The rental company will meet you and show you everything. They were extremely thorough. The kitchen is sleek and well-appointed for any cooking you may do. The Grand Epicurie is around the corner and is the best "grocery store" I've ever been to. The charming bells ring at the church across the street. We were skeptical about the money wiring - but can now rave enthusiastically about Babylone3 and Paris Rental Connections.

The whole process of booking the apartment and making the payments (including the security deposit) ended up being a breeze. I received the security deposit refund within the specified period. The handover of the apartment on arrival was well conducted and thorough. The apartment is in a good location being fairly central to all the tourist sites and restaurant locations. We walked to most places but some could find the distances we walked a little far, however, we love walking. However, there is a subway railway station only minutes away by foot. The apartment itself was very well appointed with various facilities (TV, VCR,etc). The only small disappointment was that there was no CD player. Great kitchen with sufficient crockery, pots, pans,(although would have loved a non-stick pan), good sized fridge, microwave, etc. There were five of us and there was enough space for all. Would recommend the apartment to others.

This is a really nice, high class apartment in a really nice part of Paris. It is well furnished and comfortable, and close to Metro stations and the Bon Marche store (with a great food hall). We were easily able to walk to the tourist heart of Paris without needing to catch the Metro, though. I stayed with my wife and two teenage children, but could have taken another two children - there was plenty of room. We like to cook, and the kitchen was more than adequate. The free WiFi and a computer to use was a bonus. We had a minor, short-lived problem with the hot water while there and the delightful agent did her absolute best to get it fixed even over the New Year break (thanks, Shelley).

Left on 09/11/2012 for a stay in August 2012
My husband, myself and our 2 kids (ages 7 and 10) spent the week of aug 27th at the Babylone 3 in Paris. This is truly a luxury apartment. Very high tech. It has everything and more. After long days of walking and touring, it was incredible to come back to a very well appointed apartment with so much room to spread out. its seems much bigger than it really is. We were especially impressed with the quality of the beds and linens. We had the best nights sleep ever. we did laundry every day so we didnt have to over pack. the 2 bathrooms with showers were more than we needed and we actually thought the toilet closet was a brilliant idea. Everything in the apartment is top of the line. The living room is so cozy and it was such a plus to have access to an apple computer and free wifi for our ipads. the apartment is on the 4th floor so its very quiet in the apartment. the small elevator was an extra perk. the location was better than we expected. we walked everywhere and when the kids got tired, the metro was so easy and only 1 block away. restaurants, cafes and stores in every direction. Luxembourg Gardens is the neighborhood park!! It was really nice to have Shelly, the apartment contact. She was a wealth of knowledge and it was just comforting to know we had someone to contact if we needed anything.
This was our first experience wih an apartment rental. I was very nervous about not choosing a hotel. I was really scared to pay in advance for something I had never seen before as well as putting down such a large security deposit. In the end, there was nothing to worry about it. Babylone 3 and Paris Rental Connections has made a believer out of us. We cant wait to return!

Though I have been to Paris many times before, this was my first ever apartment stay.We were two families staying together, a total of 6 people including two children. The location was just perfect with a metro station just 3 minutes away and some outstanding cafe's and patisseries nearby. The apartment is very modern with all amenities one can ask for.It is maintained so well that it looks brand new. The only challenge was that it had only one WC thought there were two separate bathrooms. The representative from Paris Rental Connections was very helpful and cordial through out the check in process. This apartment was one of the highlights of our 8 day stay in Paris.

Bethesda MDWell located, spacious and lovely
Left on 05/25/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Our family of 4 had a great stay at this lovely Paris apartment in the 7th over March break. The bedrooms were lovely - comfortable beds and offered plenty of closet space. We fully enjoyed the modern kitchen with it's large table, where we were able to have breakfast each morning. Our kids loved having access to the big screen apple computer and the free wifi. Our college age nephew joined us for part of the trip and there was plenty of room for a fifth with one of the bedrooms having 2 twin beds.
The management was very helpful before the trip, providing us with the name of a car service to take us from the airport to the apartment. It was also comforting to be met at the apartment by a member of the rental company staff.
One of the best things about the apartment is the location. It was so nice to stay on the left bank. The apartment is very well located - just around the block from the Bon Marche food emporium where we purchased our breakfast supplies. There are many lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Many of the sights were also in walking distance. Even with our two kids (14 and 9) who easily tire, we were able to walk to the Musee D'Orsay. There is a metro stop just around the block which we often used to get to around.
We would highly recommend this apartment. The only drawback was that the bathroom setup, although very modern, was a tad awkward with the toilet in a room by itself with no sink, and the showers were slow to drain. Despite these quirks, we were very comfortable during our stay.

We were met by the greeter Shelley and given a comprehensive and professional orientation to the apartment. The instructions for getting to the site were accurate, although I took our party initially to the wrong address and spent several minutes wondering why the access code wouldn't work. My daughter checked the documents and we then walked back to the correct building. Much derision. The apartment building must have the world's smallest lift - 1 person with luggage or 2 without. Not suitable for person of very wide girth, but useful for seniors or persons with physical impairments. Shelley warned us not to pack the lift with luggage to send it up (if the door jammed - major crisis!). This was of course after we had done just that but phew it worked well. Very clean apartment, appliances all worked well. The induction stove looked easy to use but was a little harder than that - spend some time with Shelley if you have not previously used one. Two supermarkets within easy walking distance Carrefor and Bon Marche) and a Boulangerie further down Rue Babylone. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the Metro. Do buy the Museum pass and a transport pass. The queues at all attractions are horrendous but the musem pass gets you in quite quickly. For the Louvre, if you haven't got the pass already if you go down into the shopping arcade under the main spqare in front of the Louvre look for the little shop selling passes - another great way to short circuit the queues.

Left on 01/30/2012 for a stay in January 2012
My wife, kid, and 3 great friends shared this wonderful apartment. Everything was spotless, clean, and roomy. The folks at Paris Rental Connections were great - making the reservation was easy, getting the keys smooth, and great handy booklet in apt. Also, I was concerned about the rather large security deposit, so they had other us folks who had stayed there contact me to reassure me.
The location is perfect- nice easy walking district to all sites and also less then one block from Metro. Also, nearby is the Bon Marche Food Emporium (OMG!)- that's where we shopped for every dinner- also with wonderful wine selections.
Beds comfortable, nice living room, great kitchen, and free internet on large Mac. Also, great nice showers.
Only negative- is one toilette. So, get a plan if going with non-family members! We had a code-word and played David Bowie.(10-9-8-etc)...
Enjoy! And thanks to folks at Paris Rental Connections. -

Paris has always been one of my favorite cities in Europe. And my most recent one week stay in the city, was everything I had hoped for, and more.
The Babylone 3 is a very well mantained and nicely furnished, 3 bedrooms apartment. In a perfect location within walking distance to almost all of Paris important sites, and a metro station just a few steps aways for those farther off.
All this addeed to the excellent personal attention of Shelley, the Paris agent in charge of our booking, will for sure make me a repeat satisfied customer.

A great alternative to a central Paris hotel. We appreciated having a kitchen, washing machine/dryer and a lounge. Comfortable, with close access to Metro, Le Bon Marche, and some nice shops!
Be aware it is on the 4th floor, and the elevator is for 2 people at a time only.
The nearby church rings its bells at 7am! Not a problem if you're an early riser.
Minor issues were a broken toilet door handle, that was promptly addressed.
Pity it only had one toilet which thankfully wasn't a problem with 4 people during our stay!
Would definitely recommend this place for families or friends for an extended stay in St Germain. -

This is a fabulous apartment. It is very well appointed. Everything they advertise concerning the amenities offered is just as they say. We lacked for nothing. Perfect location with 2 Metro stations within a 5-10 minute walk. A plethora of cafes, and eateries right outside you door. There are several food markets all within 10 minutes of the apartment and we even found one that offered free delivery service! The large department store Bon Marche and it's sister store Elite Epicurian which offers gourmet foods are literally right around the corner from the apartment. We found the Elite Epicurian to be very pricey though they are a gourmet shop. The smaller grocery stores we found down the same street fom the Elite Epicutian suited our needs and was open until 2300 hours. This is also the grocery store that offered free delivery service. A note of thanks to Elodie, you were wonderful in helping us with our arrangements with the apartment and for keeping us so informed. We also would like to thank Shelley who met us at the apartment. She was very friendly and patient with our questions. A joy to meet. You will have a wonderful time in Paris in this apartment!

We had a great time staying in the seventh arr. in this very nice apartment. It is a very quiet neighborhood apart from the church bells which lend a note of authenticity. We would certainly recommend to others perhaps without small children as the other tenants in the building are sensitive to noise levels.

Left on 05/13/2011 for a stay in April 2011
Babylone 3 is a comfortable, spacious apartment that would be perfect for a family with older children (12 and up). The bedrooms were lovely and provided my 3 children with plenty of space. The living room was lovely at night to read in. The kitchen was perfect for our needs since we did a lot of cooking in; the appliances were modern and easy to use. We loved the computer access.
The apartment is conveniently located in the 7th, near the Bon Marche and Metro lines. It is a pleasant walk to Les Invalides and the Rodin Museum.
The only negative about the apartment was that we were asked to be very sensitive about sound because noise carried easily in the building. So, I had to spend a lot of time reminding my boys (ages 10 & 6) to keep it down when we back in the apartment at the end of the day.

We stayed at Rue Babylone March 12-19, 2011 for spring break. The apartment was very well-located and large enough to easily accommodate our family of 5. The beds and other furnishings were very comfortable. The apartment drew praise from our Parisian friend, who wanted to immediately trade her apartment for ours! Access to the Metro was great, with the nearest station just a couple of minutes away. Le Bon Marche is literally just past the front door, as is its rather incredible gourmet food hall, Le Grande Epicerie, which has an unbelievable array of gourmet foods and wines. Chateau Petrus, anyone? Michele and Elodie of Paris Rental Connections were very professional and easy to work with in arranging the rental. I would also like to commend altesse Limousines, a limousine service that picked us up at the airport in a very comfortable Mercedes van. Our driver, Patrick, was extremely fluent in English, very friendly and well-versed in all things Parisian. Overall, our experience was quite positive.

This apartment was the most enjoyable of any I've stayed in before. The set up is incredible - spacious, great decoration, 3 big bedrooms with soft sheets and comfortable mattresses, great location near all the boutiques and restaurants and cafes of St Germain. It was a dream to live like this for the week we were in Paris - we sometimes stayed in as it was so much fun to just stay home! The washing machine was a dream to use as was being able to actually dry the clothes too! a big big thanks to the owner for thinking of everything you might need. An extra pleasure was the kitchen and the views and the appliances... need I go on? and Paris Rental Connections' team were very professional and helpful from the begining right to the end ... we'll be back!

Left on 02/14/2011 for a stay in April 2009
We had a week at Babylone 3 in april 2009, with 3 bedrooms in the St.Germain area of Paris. We had a fantastic time. Partly due to the beatutiful spring weather of Paris at Easter, but also in no small measure to the beautiful and comfortable apartment. It was a delight to come back there and relax at the end of 8 hour days walking all over Paris to see the sights. Sometimes we ate out, sometimes we ate in - a difficult choice given fantastic restaurants in Paris, but also lovely food available locally in the St.Germain shops to cook for yourself and relax over a bottle of wine at the end of a long day as tourists! Everything we could possibly want was in the apartment. This was a truly memorable experience for us and one we shall treasure, as our kids are growing up fast and I don't know how many more holidays we will have when all five of us will be together. This one shall remain in our memories, and the lovely apartment made it a delight to spend time together and relax. This is a fine apartment for anyone wanting something a bit special.

Our week at Babylone 3 was incredible. Everything we hoped it would be and more. The agent met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough and friendly introduction. The apartment is perfectly comfortable, down to the luxurious bedding. There was space for everyone. The hallway doors to close if someone is up earlier than the others. The kitchen is perfect, laundry, the closets, the computer (and tons of outlets). The living room was our favorite. We had 6 guests in the apartment. Grandparents, parents and 2 kids (8 & 11). We felt like locals, the Metro was around the corner. Food shopping at Le Bon Marche, dinner at au Pied a Fouet down the street. Really just perfect. We would stay at the apartment again in a minute. The booking progress, the stay, the arrival and departure were seamless.

Location is very close to the Grand Epicirie and a the Metro. We walked to many locations without using the Metro. Very safe neighborhood.
