Large one bedroom apartment in the Batignolles area of the 17th arrondissement. 50 sq meters (530 sq ft) on the ground floor with views to a pretty garden courtyard.
Living room with open kitchen, beautiful paintings and antique furniture.
The bedroom is the size of a large suite with adjoining bathroom with bath.
The apartment would suit a couple ideally or with a child or a third person.
The living room's sofa bed can be converted and is available for one person.
7 Night minimum booking applies at Easter, Christmas and New Year .

Right across the road from our property: Mariotte,the location is very central - a few minutes metro or bus ride to the Arc de Triomphe and top of the Champs Elyses.
The area is prized by Parisians as it has shops, restaurants and 2 parks - Parc Monceau and a closer smaller garden square with pond and ducks.
The 94 bus takes you directly to St Germain des Pres, a short bus ride to Montmartre, the "Grands Magasins" (Galleries Lafayettes and Printemps), and Opera.
Gare St Lazare is 3 stops away. The Marais can be reached directly on Line 3 at the next metro stop:Villiers.

Adoramos ter alugado um apto em paris. O local é ótimo e tudo correu super bem. O metrô a 2 quadras do apto facilita muito a vida do turista. supermercado, restaurante e boulangeries são muito próximos. Todo o processo de locação foi fácil e muito correto.

This apartment is well situated in Paris, the metro is nearby, the local shops have everything you could possibly need or want. The apartment itself is lovely, well equiped and very well maintained. It is beautifully decorated in a safe building. We loved it so much we will be back!

Our visit in Paris was wonderful and the apartment was lovely.
We were really disappointed in the paypal requirement. Paypal has extremely high fees and we had to take them both sending and recieving the deposit.

The Garden Mariotte apartment is in the 17th Batignolles area, just slightly off the tourist beat, which allows you to feel like you are part of Paris life. There are numerous shops & restaurants, as well as the wonderful Biologic Market and the rue de Levis Market to cater to your every need.
The Rome Metro is just a 5 minute walk away and several Bus routes can take you to most anywhere in the city (a great practically free way to see the city). Check-out Ratp web-site!
The ground-floor apartment is quite spacious and includes all the amenities that one could want. It is tastefuly decorated so that one feels like it is their own home. My only negatives would be 1)being from Florida I love my sunlight & for privacy one needs to shut the shutters which makes it dark, 2) TV is in the Bedroom & if you want to watch the news with your coffee you need to set-up in the bedroom and 3) for some people the narrow deep bathtub may be an issue climbing in or out plus the shower is hand-held which may take some getting used to for "shower people".
All in all, being a veteran Paris apartment user, the Garden Mariotte apartment is very nice indeed!

Our stay was relaxing and well coordinated from the initial scheduling through our departure. The location was very convenient. There are many bistros and shops within walking distance. The service and support through Paris Rental Connections was superb.

We were delighted with the apartment. The location is residential with lots of small intimate restaurants round and about, the metro is only a 3 minute walk away and you can easily walk right to the centre in 25 minutes. It was larger than we had anticipated, well equipped and very tastefully furnished. The bed was super comfy!
We don't agree with the niggles in previous reviews - it was clean when we arrived, there is a small tv in the bedroom with channels in English and a phone with free international calls to most countries around the world. You can link up your own computer no problem.
As to the noise - it's an apartment in a big city not a country retreat. I'm sure it's as peaceful as most other apartments in a big city location. Our only comment would be that it could do with some up to date guides about Paris and a few more maps etc.
We would definitely return. -

Needs an in house computer and a bigger / TV in the living area, get the rubbish bins moved away from the wall of the apartment as it is very noisy when people put out there rubbish when you are sleeping ETC

accomodations was adequate, and room was reasonably quiet except on the weekend. loud noise from restaurants caused a sleepless night, room in general need a thorough cleaning, I was able to write name thru the dust on furniture, I will not return to this location ever.

The apartment has exceeded our expectations. It has everything that we needed to stay for a week with the child.Supermarkets very close...The location although was not in the center was very good, after the busy day it was very nice to come back in the quiet and comfortable place...It took us by foot only 15 minutes to get to the Opera...Restaurants and bakeries in the area were excellent...
