We only stayed here for 4 nights over new years, and didnt want to leave. The location is central to everything you need in Paris, including a metro station just around the corner.
It is ultra modern, very quiet and cosy.
The owner is very contactable and extremely helpful.

My wife and I rented this beautiful apartment for 7 nights to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The apartment is very modern and has all the conveniences you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. Location is the best! Just a short walk to the Metro, the Champs Elysee and the arc de Triomphe. Big pluses include: 2 bathrooms with showers, Wi-Fi, and phone calls to the U.S. I love to cook and the kitchen despite being small has everything needed to prepare meals--great stove top and convection oven that work great! The apartment is on the 6th floor and there are two elevators in the building. They are both small which is typical, but they worked fine. The bed in the apartment was very comfortable. Markets are only a 10 minute walk and Leo has a shopping carrier with wheels in the apartment so you can bring back your supplies. We would highly recommend this apartment. It is simply a beautiful place. The pictures on the website are very accurate!

Great location. You can see the arc and Sacre Coeur from the balcony. Clean and Modern place with all the amenities. 2 bathrooms, Top Floor, Elevators. What more can you ask for. Location Location Location. Easy to get around from here and great off street parking if you are driving.

I recently stayed at this apartment and it was all that I expected and more!!! I stayed there with 2 other friends. The three of us were very comfortable in this apartment. It was extremely clean, modern and the perfect location with easy access to the metro for easy travel all around Paris. The views were fabulous!!! Leo was very accommodating, available and helpful. The meet and greet person, Roman was there waiting for our arrival, helped us up to the apartment and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was cleaned twice during our stay (which was only 6 days). Leo called to check on us during our stay and was full of advice and suggestions for places to see. The free wi-fi and free calls to the U.S. was a huge bonus!! I am so very happy with our experience. Top notch!!! If I ever get the chance to return to beautiful Paris, I would not hesitate to stay at Leo's apartment again.

Everything about the apartment was perfect for us. The location is outstanding -- close to the Metro (George V stop on Line 1 is best). The apartment, itself, is modern and well-equipped with a galley type kitchen, two baths, a washer dryer and air conditioning and is in a building with elevators to the 6th floor. We were travelling with a fifteen year old and we were very comfortable. The owner is very easy to deal with and very attentive. He also has a reliable representative in Paris who met us at the apartment to give us the keys and to explain everything. He also was accessible in the event of a problem or, in our case since we don't speak French, to help us with arranging a taxi to the airport. We would definitely rent the apartment again and will be recommending it enthusiastically to others.

Lovely little apartment, exactly as described. Great communication with the owner. Easy walk to many sights.
2 bathrooms is a bonus. Lots of little surprise extras - like balconies, the hilarious but efficient lift, good wifi. Really enjoyed our week here, and would go back. -

My cousins and I went to Paris for the first time this past May and while researching for the trip, I spent a lot of time on tripadvisor trying to find an apartment that we could stay at as we wanted to have a more local experience. I came across Leo's apartment and because of the consistency of the positive reviews and the volume of reviews, decided to reach out to him to check availability and he responded quickly and luckily, the apartment was available!
Leo (the owner) is very responsive and easy to deal with. Everything that was posted about the apartment was very accurate and he was also very upfront about the size of the apartment which we appreciated. All the pictures per the tripadvisor page and his flyer are as shown when you actually get to the apartment. He is also very helpful and accomodating - and has a detailed and well organized binder about the apartment and how to use its features, etc. The other great thing was having access to free wifi, calls within Europe and the us, and a washer and dryer! He is also available if you need to reach him via phone (we had no issues though!!)
If you are a runner (like myself), the apartment is centrally located where you can go for a nice jog along the seine, around the Eiffel Tower (which is the route I frequented), and even the jardins des tuileries. It was awesome!
The apartment is located a block away from the Champs Elysees and very very close to the metro (Line 1, Georges V stop). There is also a market closeby (Leo leaves bags for you to bring to the market).
There are so many positive things I can say about the apartment, the ease in dealing with Leo (and his meet and greet person, Roman) and the location.
I highly recommend this apartment - you will not be disappointed! I look forward to my next visit to Paris staying at Leo's apartment again! -

The apartment is fantastic. Pretty, comfortable and bright. There are two elevators that go to floor 6, the apartment floor and the location is perfect as well.
Coming out of the building one block to the left is Champs Elysées. When you cross the street you will be at Georges V. Ave. To the right two blocks away is L?Etolie and one block to the right is Friedland ave. Two blocks from there is Rue du Faubourg St. Honoré, and three block away you will see Hoche ave. and Boulevard des Ternes. Basically, it is right in between the tourist places and the local popular spots.
El apartamento es fantástico. Bonito, sobrio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Con mucha luz. Dos ascensores hasta el mismo piso 6. La ubicación es perfecta. Saliendo hacia la izquierda, esta Champs Elysées a 1 cuadra, cruzándola está la av. Georges V. Hacia la derecha, a 2 cuadras, L?Etolie. Saliendo hacia la derecha, a 1 cuadra av. Friedland, a 2 cuadras Rue du Faubourg St. Honoré, a 3 cuadras la av. Hoche y el Boulevard des Ternes. Es decir, está en el medio entre lo turístico y lo local.

A great way to have a quality stay in a fine apartment with outstanding location. The apt has everything. Top quality appliances, well appointed kitchen, lots of English channels, goog vets from both rooms (the results of being above, by a floor, of nearby buildings. Having two baths was a big plus. Both showers were top notch with luxury double shower heads.
To get to the metro you walk one an a half short blocks to the Champ Elyesse and another quarter book to the George V station. The line from there went directly to our favorite neighborhoods, museums, stores and sites.
We seldom had change trains. The Etoile station I about as close.
The apt was clean and fresh when we arrived and we had service twice during our say. More than we needed, but much appreciated. The Breyer Wa available by phone from the airport and was saint for us whey we arrived. He took care of our luggage and gave us good orientation of the apt and where to get groceries, etc...
Free phone call to the us were great to have. We appreciated the owner checked in twice and was available any time we had a question. There was also a very good three ring binder of how to use the washer, trash disposal, maps to grocery stores (take a grocery bag from the apt) and airport transfer info.
We loved the old "birdcage" elevator. There is also a modern elevator.
The blend of traditional building and modern comforts is just right. And the permanent residents and building manager are friendly.
We loved our say and will do it again. -

This was our third stay in Leo's apartment. This time we brought our two young daughters (5 & 8). Each visit has been just perfect. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Spectacular rooftop views and sophisticated neighborhood. We will definitely stay again.

We will never stay in a Paris hotel now that we have found this jewel of a property. Everything about our stay was fantastic. The clairity of the instructions prior to leaving left nothing to chance upon our arrival. The location was elegant, safe, and convenient. Just two short blocks to the Champs-Elysee and the Metro in one direction, and in the other direction all the little shops that you would expect in the finest Paris neighborhood. And, just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Park Monceau.
The apartment was everything the pictures promised. Beautifully renovated, in a contemporary style, with top-of-the-line everything. Wonderful kitchen - where you could actually cook if desired. Two luxurious marble baths with large showers (no bath-tub). The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sitting room a nice bonus. Plus the 6th floor location in the building offered brilliant light and a nice open view of the city. Last, but not least, the apartment had amazing windows that when closed created a pin drop quiet apartment.
In summary, this place was fantastic and will be our place of choice whenever we return to Paris! -

My partner and I spent a week in Paris in Late June this year and stayed in the apartment. It was fantastic. It is conveniently located just a few hundred metres from the Champs Elysees and the arc de Triomphe - but is quiet and private.
The apartment has two bathrooms as well as a very modern european-styled kitchen. The airconditioning is also a bonus - and was a welcome relief from the hot weather we had in Paris at the time.
Two large windows open out onto two small balconies - which afford views of the Paris skyline.
It was an easy process to organise our arrival and departure also.
If arriving by train its fairly easy to reach the apartment by metro - with the nearest station being Charles de Gaulle Etoile as well as Georges V.
The apartment provided us with the opportunity to experience life in Paris as a local, and would have no hesitation returning. -

We really enjoyed our stay in Fantastic Luxe apartment in Paris. Many restaurants, cafes, and sites are within easy walking distance from the apartment. We used the subway, buses and taxis with ease.
It was great to relax in the mornings with our coffee and enjoy the view from the balcony or make a light meal at our leisure.
The apartment is small but well appointed with a full kitchen and two baths. It felt like home in the heart of Paris. -

My husband and I both loved our stay at Leo's apartment on Rue Balzac near the Champs Elysees this past week and felt that it was the perfect place for our first trip to Paris together even though neither of us speak French.
We chose this apartment after reviewing literally hundreds of other rentals and hotels for several reasons:
-Size of the unit (2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room, and separate bedroom) compared to a traditional hotel room
-Freedom to cook with a well-stocked kitchen complete with microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove, and dishwasher (we chose not to cook but did have an expresso in the morning before heading out and some wine and cheese before dinner)
-Location (so close to the Champs and arc de Triomphe)
-Ability to do laundry (easy to use washer and dryer with supplied detergent)
-Central air conditioner (a must during warmer weather)
-Modern, clean, updated unit with wood floors
-Price point was nice
There were many bonuses that we were so pleased to find out when we arrived, including our welcome by Roman, high speed WiFi, free calls to the U.S., excellent Bose sound system, a safe for storage of valuables, comfortable bed, the beautiful view of the city from the 6th floor, the mini elevator so that we didn't have to walk up 6 floors, location to the metro (George V), and multiple Michelin star rated restaurants within walking distance.
Our only wish would be to be to have a local bakery and cheese shop but it is just too close to the ever-popular Champs and its commercial stores. One point to keep in mind is that most supermarkets and many general stores (including the MonoPrix) are closed on Sundays so keep this in mind if you're arriving on a Sunday (Publicis Drugstore on the Champs had a small section of wines, cheeses, cold cuts and bread).
We were sad to leave such beautiful accommodations and look forward to returning hopefully in the near future! -

My wife and I have just returned from a European vacation that ended with a week in Paris staying at the Luxe apartment - wow, what a finish!
After staying in hotels for the rest of the trip and this our first use of an apartment, I can only say that we were both thoroughly impressed. I definitely recommend this apartment over a hotel. It's location was superb. One block back from the Champs Elysee, close to the arc De Triumph and everything required close by to make the stay very comfortable. While close to the action and a relatively quiet street, the newly renovated apartment had excellent sound proofing meaning that we could not hear any of what was going on outside.
The apartment was excellently appointed with everything you could possible want or need for a holiday - definitely as described by the owner.
I found Leo extremely helpful and responsive to any requests. I have heard of people having trouble checking in to apartments with having to wait for the owner or delegate to arrive, not here. I had provided our estimated arrival time (coming by train from Bordeaux so not 100% sure of the travel time) a couple of days prior to arriving and I was pleased that Roman was there to great us. He was most helpful with the few required instructions.
Back to the location... while we did the usual hop on & off bus (red) I would say that if you are happy to walk, which we were, all the major sights can be seen by foot. For example one of the more further spots, Notre Dame, was within about a 30-40 minute brisk walk. The Louvre, Museum D'Orsay and Eiffel tower are all within 25 minutes or so walk - what a great way to see the city and the opportunity to see some of the back streets and finding excellent macaroons!
So, all in all the apartment is as described, excellent value and certainly a great place to stay!!! -

The thing that hits you is when you take a 2min walk out to Champs D'Elysee (CDE) and the Louis Vuitton store is bang in front of you and arc De Triomphe looming on your right. This apt couldnt get a better location, just off CDE.
For members' benefit here are the pros & cons of our stay (well, not really cons, but things we think could have been better).

- Interaction with Leo (always available to sort out issues)
- Great facilities (fully stocked kitchen, all the gadgets - fridge, freezer, microwave, dimmer lights, washer, dryer, 2 TVs, home theater system, airconditioining, free hi-speed wifi connection)
- Nice, quiet lane and building - no disturbance
things we think could have been better
- Elevator is really tiny - taking heavy luggage up 6 floors is a task, but fortunately its just twice in a weeks stay
- Our maid didn't show up on the appointed day, hence we had just one service in our 6 day stay
Overall, we probably paid a bit more than our budget was, as we were quite late in our bookings, but no regrets in the end.

The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and very cute and had anything you needed. It was centrally located right next to the George V Metro stop. But best of all, the owner of the apartment (Leo) was very nice and attentive. He made us call him when we got there to make sure we are okay! The only bad thing was we had too few days to spend in Paris!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights for a 25th anniversary trip. The place was perfect - a beautiful vista and recently renovated with all the comforts of home. The owner was extremely helpful and conscientious. We travel often and usually rent apartments and put this place at the top of the list. We arrived on Sunday morning and went to a local outdoor market on Rue Poncelet and bought local bread, fruit, coffee, and dairy products. We ate in every morning and then toured the city. The metro, King George V station, was only a block away and we were at the Louvre in 15 minutes from leaving our flat's door. The coffee maker is unique (something in between coffee and espresso). We are buying one for our house. The place and the owner made our trip to Paris even better. This is an excellent value and recommend it over a hotel any day.

Just returned home from a wonderful week in Paris! This apartment is fantastic, very modern bright and clean and a great central location to all major sites. Loved that we could open the windows and step out to the balcony for a little fresh air. Two bathrooms, comfortable bed, full laundry facilities, wifi worked great, free phone to North america, stocked kitchen, hair dryer, iron, umbrellas, and a small sitting room to have a glass of champagne etc. etc. Can't think of a thing that was lacking and much better than most small hotel rooms. Leo was very trustworthy and helpful - he took the time to make sure everything was fine and taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Leo and Luisa graciously welcomed us into their beautiful flat in Paris. The location of the property allows for incredible access to shopping and all the major attractions. Best apartment in Paris. So well located and extremely nicely decorated. Everything in the apartment is of the highest quiality, the appliances, kitchen , bathrooms. I loved the shower!!!. The apartment has lots of light with nice view from the balconies, the fact that we had two elevators also helped with luggage and its a real luxury in Paris. Its clossnes to Ch. Elisee guaranties that you will have action at any time if you want to: restaurants, The Lido, movie theaters, and the metro station (George V) , but the apartment is quiet and peacefull. Also close to Park Monceau, one of the nicest parks in Paris. The bike rentals are just downstairs, so convenient when the weather is good!!. We will come back for sure. We loved it. The Best vacation we had in Paris ever.

I stayed at this Parisian apartment on two separate trips to Paris. The space is beautifully appointed - tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and very well-maintained - and the location couldn't be more convenient to the major sites as well as all modes of transportation (including metro and taxi stands).
