Stayed here with my husband and our 19 year old daughter. The apartment actually feels bigger than the pictures. It was super clean and comfortable. The owner was great to communicate with and Charles met us at the apartment when we arrived. He had great information about the area and lots of little tips to make our stay easier and most enjoyable. The area is great, lots of restaurants and a quick walk to the metro station (with an amazing little bakery along the way to stop and get breakfast). The building is safe and secure, and we would love to return in warmer weather to use the spacious outdoor area.

A lovely apt., very clean, conveniet location, well equipted with a lovely terrace, lots of room and very secure. Elevator made it easy to get luggage up and down. Charles, the manager was very helpful. There are lots of resturants nearby and places to buy groceries. Two metro stations a short distance away make getting around easy. Will recommend this apt. to any friends heading to Paris.

Very comfortable with everything you could want to feel at home. Terrific for 2 couples with space and privacy. Convenient location with great local cafes and food shops. Charles was very helpful on arrival and departure.

We had the great pleasure to stay here recently; my wife and I along with our three daughters, ages 9, 11 and 13. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well appointed. It's close to the metro and has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Charles was great to work with. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Jean's apartment is so large and comfortable, we felt lucky to have found it. Having 2 full, clean well functioning bathrooms for 5 people was extra convenient. A good night's sleep can make or break a holiday and the comfortable beds, quiet, and building security ensured good nights after long days touring. Little things were very nice to find, coffee provided, lots of towels, soap, and the basics for cleaning up and doing laundry. Grocery stores and a good boulangerie were very close by. Having Charles available to greet us and answer questions we had helped to make our stay comfortable. Very nice place. We would stay again, for sure!

We (2 couples) stayed in this apartment for 5 nights during our last visit to Paris. The apartment was well maintained and well located in the working class neighborhood in the 11th arrondisement. Everything was as advertised. The living room and kitchen/dining areas were very spacious by European standards. Manager Charles was most helpful, even helped us make a much sought after dinner reservation before our arrival. He met us at the door upon arrival, showed us how everything worked in the apartment and had good recommendations around the neighborhood. The apartment was an excellent home away from home for an extended stay in Paris.

From the minute we arrived it was unbelievable. Every eminety you could think of. Very sheek and well done. The care taker Charles is the best, you can rely on him for anything. Close to everything, will be returning again in 2011 for 3 months.
