The location is great. Only 2 minutes walk from Trocadero and the awesome view of Eifel Tower from the Esplanade du Trocadero. The studio was in good condition but some upgrades here and there would make the stay like 5 star accommodations in the middle of Paris. The office people are also great and offered to help in anything but there was no need for me.

The location is ideal. You are at the back of Trocadero Square (just walk 250 meters and you have la "Dame de fer", Eifel Tower majestically in front of you), with supermarkets, groceries, boulangeries etc all around Mexico Square, 100 meters away. Trocadero Metro Station is very convenient for sightseeing as well, it has good connections. The appartment itself is cosy, not very spacious on the third floor of a corner building. The place could use some refurbishment, but you ll manage without it. After all accomodation has never been the reason to visit Paris, unless you have loads to pay. Be aware that to get the keys, you have to go about 5 metro stations far from the appartment. The man that runs the office Locaflat, is very helpful.
