This apartment is located in a 19th century building, with a secure entry code and elevator.

(50 m2) Third floor (with lift): There is a living room with a sofa which is convertible into two single beds, a dining area with a marble table, and a kitchen corner with dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm) and one with a French double bed (140 cm, comfortable for one, cozy for two), and two bathrooms with walk-in showers.

This charming apartment is located in a very quiet street close to the place des Ternes, and within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, the Parc Monceau, the aven...ue des Champs Elysées, the rue du Faubourg St Honore, and the Russian Cathedral of Paris. Restaurants, stores and shops (such as Fnac, Darty, Gap, Lacoste, etc), patisseries, supermarkets, Music halls, and theatres are all within a few hundred meters. It is extremely well located for metro lines, trains, and buses with direct lines to all train stations and tourist destinations in Paris.

  Very good. A charming young woman whose job it was to meet us with the key couldn't have been more helpful. Our plane was two hours late, but she was lovely. On our last day, Diane was most responsive to our need for help in finding a taxi. It was raining, there were no taxis at the several taxi stands near us, and we could only get recordings at numbers we had for calling taxis.
  
  Convenient to metro stops, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe. Updated interior which left some period charm.
  
  No room for all six of us to sit at the table together. Would be fine for four. The smaller bedroom has no ventilation unless you leave the door open. Most shelves in the kitchen and bedrooms can only be reached by a tall person. Tiny showers surrounded by unweighted plastic curtains make it very difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor quite wet.
  
  Safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants, wifi cafe and the Champs Elysees.

  The apartment was small for four of us but it had what we needed, and convenience to places we wanted to go! The bidet in bathroom was a nice feature! Noise outside was a bit much on certain nights! It was warm so all windows were open in courtyard. !
  
  Convenience and Security.
  
  Bedrooms were small but acceptable.
  
  Good food and interesting shops and cafes.

  We enjoyed staying at Mulino sul Colle quite a bit. The property is outside the larger town of Arezzo on a hillside in an olive grove.
  
  We loved the outside terrace. It had a great view of a church with ringing bells, you could hear the creek and see the countryside.
  
  Lots of stairs! We were traveling with older family members who grew tired of climbing up and down stairs even to use a bathroom. The stairs are made of stone and are very steep. Even after reading the summary of the property I wasn't expecting the number and steepness of stairs.
  
  It was very peaceful. The closest store is several km, as well as the closest restaurants. It is a great location if you want to use the train from Arezzo into Rome and or Florence. We took the high-speed train to Rome and it only took 1.25 hours!
