(180 m2 terrace) This apartment is located in a Haussmannian building with a secure entry code, an intercom, and an elevator. This apartment has a large roof terrace furnished with chairs and lounge chairs and providing a view of Parisian monuments and rooftops.

(180 m2) 5th floor (with lift): There are two levels in this spacious, modern apartment, and a rooftop terrace. Each room overlooks the street but the double-paned windows provide a peaceful atmosphere.

Level one: There is a very spacious double living-room, divided into two living spaces, one with a desk and a sofa, and one with four comfortable chairs and a sofa. A long... balcony runs the length of the living room and is accessible from each window. There is an elegant dining room, with a large wooden table for 8 guests. There is also a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There is a WC.

Level two: Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a balcony and two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and a pullout trundle bed. (These single beds cannot form a double bed.) There is a separate bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a separate WC and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Top level: Finally there is a large rooftop terrace (180 m2) offering panoramic views of the Bastille, Beaubourg Center, Montparnasse Tower, and the Sacré-Coeur, and where you may sit and enjoy coffee, dinner, an apéritif, or watching the sunset!

On the border of the Marais and the Bastille, the location of this apartment is exceptional. If you would like to see a ballet or an opera - the Bastille Opera is just a 5 minute walk away; if you prefer quiet gardens - the garden and the Basins of the Arsenal are nearby; if you wish to take a stroll through genuine Parisian neighborhoods - explore the small streets of the Marais or the Place des Vosges. The Ile Saint Louis and Notre Dame are also accessible by foot. This residential neighborhood is quiet and safe and you will find everything you need nearby - the rue du faubourg Saint Antoine offers bakeries, shops, and fruit and vegetable grocers; the rue de Lappe and rue de la Roquette’s offers bars and clubs; and there are many restaurants in the area including Boffinger, on rue de la Bastille, which has delicious seafood and beautiful architecture and interior design. The nearest metro is Bastille and there are several bus lines as well.
