Very beautiful studio, modern and design, completely redone for nine!

The studio gives onto a clear yard. It is very luminous as you can see through the pictures.

Quiet (2 double glazing windows) it consisted in a sofa bed, a fully furnished american kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilets.

It will seduce you by all its elements and furnitures (parquet, multiple water jet in the shower)

  Very neat and clean. Well equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. Plenty of space for two people spending a short vacation. Nice area close to Sacre Coeur and Gare du Nord.

  Fantastic location next to Luxembourg gardens

  We recently spent five nights in this apartment with our 2 children aged 3 and 5. Whilst compact and meeting our needs of having a kitchen (which we used a lot) and 2 bedrooms, the best thing about it was the lcoation! Luxembourg gardens is great for kids and shopalholics will not be disappointed with much in walking distance. Bread and Roses is a fantastic cafe a few doors down with great coffee and breakfasts. We also did our share of sightseeing and there are numerous convenient metro stops. The only blip was the check in which happened 2 hours later than expected and resulted in a parking ticket. We then found that they did not accept credit cards (its in the French samllprint) and had to run around looking for cash machines. Make sure you are very specific, confirm arrangements a week before and pay in advance!
