Sleeping accommodations for 4 people consist of a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area. Two large double paned floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining section open with views onto the surrounding district of Saint Germain and several of its well-known sites. A large window in the bedroom opens with views on to the charming side street of the Rue du Dragon. The kitchen is fully equipped, convenient and open in the American style. The bathroom is also completely modern with a large tiled shower stall while the WC is located separately.

A unique feature of this apartment is the possibility of reserving it in addition to it’s “sister” apartment in the same building on the same floor which then provides accommodations for up to 8 guests.

Aside from the attractions of the quarter in the immediate vicinity of this apartment, additional sites of interest only a short walk away include the Church Saint Sulpice, the Luxembourg Garden, the Luxembourg Museum and Palace, the Zadkine Museum and the Eugene Delacroix Museum in the rather exclusive Square Furstemberg.

Arguably one of the best locations in Paris, a walk around the corner takes you from the tranquility of our quiet carriage lane to the bustle of the Marche Buci neighborhood filled with cafes, cinemas, wine bars, trendy boutiques, traditional open market streets, galleries and antique shops. This chic area also has many conveniences: a full service grocery store, a newsstand, florists, candy stores and, if you want to eat at home but don’t want to cook, the neighborhood traiteurs and epiceries will provide you with the best of French take-out! Walking in the other direction takes you to the Place Furstenberg, the most sought-after address in Paris for interior designers. In addition, the apartment is a few minutes from the famous Café Flore, the Café Deux Magots and the Musee d’Orsay. A five minute walk will take you to the River Seine. PayPal payments 5.5% is added. All charges are in USD). Reservation deposit of 50% must be processed to confirm reservation. The remainder is collected 30 or 45 days prior to your arrival. Reservations requested 45 days or less prior to arrival 100% payment is requested.
