The Champs Elysees is a place where people from around the world come to admire when visiting the City of Light and fortunately for those spending the holidays in Paris, this apartment is located just steps away from it. This Paris rental accommodation is just perfect for some friends looking for excitement.

Situated in a building dating back to 1925, this apartment was renovated in 2007 while maintaining its original charm. It is situated on the fourth floor and the building does have an elevator.

Fourth floor (with elevator): The entrance hall leads to the spacious living room where there is a large couch (which ca...n be converted into a sofa bed most suitable for one), several armchairs, a 50-inch Plasma TV (local channels only), DVD player, and two doors opening to the balcony. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs and an adjacent kitchen that is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, food processor, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom (30m2) has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, large windows, a TV (local channels only), DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and separate tub. The second bedroom (18m2) has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, TV (local channels only), DVD player, and balcony. The third bedroom (18m2), which is only accessible via Bedroom 2, has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, TV (local channels only), DVD player, and balcony. There is a second bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, and shower.

This apartment is located in Paris's Eight Arrondissement and is just 100 meters away from a large selection of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Within walking distance is the Champs Elysees, a long street Famous for its designer boutiques, upscale restaurants, and monumental Arc de Triomphe. Also in the neighborhood is Place de la Concorde, which is the largest square in the city and offers incredible views over Paris. The nearest metro station is at Ternes, which is along the blue line making visits to the Moulin Rouge or the Sacre Coeur extremely convenient.

  Great apartment, very French. Loved the location and the market that was close by. The living spaces were very spacious and lovely. We loved all the books and movies that were in the library. The decor was eclectic and fun. Would definately stay there again with just minor adjustments.

  We had a great experience for the first time renting an apartment abroad.
  
  Very spacious, Internet connection, kitchen well supplied.
  
  Needs wardrobe or something to hang clothing in two of the bedrooms.
  
  Close to metro and nice restaurants.
  Also walkable to other attractions and shopping.
