What do you feel about beeing at a walking distance to the main touristic and cultural places of Paris. Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, Place des Vosges are now in your neighbourhood. Le Marais area will make you fall in love with the city. You will find the tipical Paris streets with no touristic restaurants and other anoiing shops, but just the best brands, food, arts shop of Paris.
The apartment is composed in an entrance, on your right a spacious room with large closests anc a window with court view. On your left a large living room with confortable sofa bed and fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. Located at the 1st floor.

This was just the best location to be in for a visit to Paris. Very easy to get around from here and in walking distance of some great sites. The landlord was extremely helpful also during the booking process and throughout our stay. The apartment was comfortable - although more so for the couple in the bedroom and slightly less so for the couple in the crawl space. This would be ideal for kids but fairly compact for two adults. Absolutely ideal though for a two night stay such as we had and we thoroughly would recommend.

This Marais apartment couldn't be in a better location - a block from two free municipal museums (Carnavalet and Cognacq-Jay,) five minutes' walk from the Pompidou, near the Jewish museum and the Picasso museum (closed until next year.) Two tall windows overlook the cobbled street and let in a lot of light, yet a rear bedroom offers quiet at night. Two blocks away is Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, a delightful park surrounded by elegant Renaissance buildings. The cost of this apartment is comparable to a hotel yet you have a full kitchen, washer/dryer and living/dining room with Wi-Fi and feel like a true Parisian resident. There are a multitude of restaurants and because of the Jewish neighborhood, there is dining on Sunday. A huge market is only a short walk toward the Bastille. Metro St. Paul is close as is the Seine just beyond. Our landlord, Jerome Pariente, made the booking transaction smooth and although there was a bit of a glitch with the key on the first day, he more than made up for any inconvenience. The apartment is listed as "luxury" but it really wasn't deluxe - just a bit run-down and shabby. We found the kitchen stocked well enough that we cooked many of our meals right in the apartment instead of spending on restaurants. Extremely happy with the space, we plan to recommend it to our friends.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment with our 21-year old son for a week. It had everything we wanted - and then some! The location was fabulous - an easy walk to many tourist sites, an easy walk to the Paris Metro and the bus, and surrounded by good restaurants, markets and shops. The apartment was spacious by Paris standards, the bathroom was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen even included a washer/dryer. Jerome was very accessible, and has a great sense of humor! We will definitely stay here again if we return to Paris!

We arrived on a wet cold afternoon. Jerome the owner had emailed instructions for the entry code to the building which unfortunately didn't work. A quick phone call got us the correct information. The apartment is relatively spacious for Paris, with a large queen size bed in the bedroom, and a good fold out couch in the living room. As our teenage sons are quite large, Jerome kindly supplied an extra mattress and bedding to make them more comfortable. The apartment faces onto the street, which is a bit noisy and quite brightly lit at night making it a bit difficult to get to sleep. The kitchen has everything you could need, though we only cooked one meal in our five day stay, as the apartment is located near many very nice cafes and restaurants. The location is excellent, an easy walk to all the major tourist attractions, cafes, and great shopping. Jerome, the owner was very helpful, providing directions for shopping and fixing a small problem with the lighting as soon as we notified him. We would happily stay there again.

We arrived to a clean, roomy, fully-stocked apartment that easily met the needs of 4 adults. The bed and the pull-out couch were both comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean. Fast WiFi was included as was satellite television. We didn't cook very much, but the kitchen was complete with just about anything you would need if you chose to do so. The location was very close to a couple of Metro stops and only about a 15 minute walk from the RER B for easy airport access. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops. In summary, Paris is at your door step. The owner's communication was fantastic - he replied to email requests and confirmations very quickly from my initial request to the return of the security deposit. And, when there was a small problem with the electricity, he was there within 15 minutes to change the fuse and make it right. Overall, I don't think you could go wrong with this owner, this location, or this apartment. Enjoy!
