There is a King size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom which are both superbly decorated.

The kitchen has all modern appliances and the 2 exquisite marble bathrooms are beautifully appointed in a true Parisian style.

The living room is beautifully furnished and has a plasma TV, DVD and CD player.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor with elevator and would make a perfect base for a 5 star stay in the French capital.

The apartment is situated within walking distance to most Paris sites and is very convenient to the famed rue Cler markets as well as the River Seine.
In addition to enjoying the views of Les Invalides the apartment is within close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and the Champs Elysees which are all within walking distance. It is one of the most sought after residential districts of Paris and is a beautiful area, comprised mostly of select residential streets interspersed with grocery stores, bakeries and specialty shops that you would expect in such an upmarket neighbourhood.

  We had an excellent stay at this apartment traveling with our 3 children (17-22). The location was outstanding directly across the street from a Metro stop which made travel from the airport and around Paris incredibly easy. The apartment was exactly as described on the website with no surprises and the booking and check-in were very straightforward. It was easy walking distance to Eiffel tower, Napolean's tomb, Musee d'Orsay, rue Cler markets and even to the Louvre and Champs Elysees (though a good hike). The apt was air conditioned which was not so critical during our stay since the weather was cool. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. The kitchen was quite small but functional though we ate out regularly but good for keeping breakfast foods and you could definitely cook full meals here. The toilet was cramped but functional and one shower was small but the shower in the larger bedroom was relatively large. There was an excellent view from the other relatively spacious bedroom. The restaurant at the entrance to the apt was also very good. The elevator was very small and only two people without luggage could fit in it and it was four stories up but this was a minor nuisance except when bringing in luggage. David was excellent to work with during the booking process. Overall, very satisfied and a definite recommend.
