Located in the deep heart of Paris, in the central 1st district, this area is simply amazing.The closest metro station are Les Halles, Louvre-Rivoli, Châtelet and Pont Neuf. You will also easily reach Arts et Metiers, Etienne Marcel. The RER Châtelet les Halles will lead you to CDG airport in 45minutes.

Layout

This recently renewed 90sqm apartment (969 sq ft) is a combination of two apartm...ents. Therefore is features two kitchen, two bathrooms, two toilets, two living-rooms,.. It will enable a group of nine people to stay in the same place while having a chance to live at your own pace and having your privacy : depending on who gets up early you can have your breakfast in one kitchen and not the other for instance (as they are both open on a living-room as explained below).

The entrance gives on a small corridor open on the first living-room. It has a large couch offering a sleep for two people (140x200 sofabed), a coffee table on casters and a flat TV screen. The first fitted kitchen is open on this living area. High stools will enable you to fully use the bar.

From this living-room you will access another part of the apartment overlooking a quiet courtyard : the corridor will lead you to the master bedroom featuring a queen size bed 160x200 and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Curtains will enable you to separate this bathroom from the bedroom.

In the middle of the corridor, an open reading-room (or TV-corner) has been installed in a sort of alcove, featuring a sofabed where one person can comfortably sleep (120x200) and a flat TV.

From the living-room described above, you will reach another part of the apartment, which was originally a second apartment. A small corridor gives on all the rooms : first on the left the bedroom, small but lovely and functional : double bed (140x200) and wardrobe. Opposite this bedroom, you will find the second bathroom. It features a walk-in shower and toilets.

And finally, on the back, the second living-room with a sofabed for two people (140x200) and its fitted kitchen, open on this room just as the kitchen of the other living-room.

You will quickly realize this apartment is special, really atypical. It is bright all paint with light colors, a lovely mix of grey, white and beige which gives a pleasant feeling of relaxation.Read more
