Recentl beautiful renovation of this 45 m2 apartment. It is in veery upscale building in very chic central Paris area
The area is close in , but not overrun with tourists , yet it takes just a few minutes to reach ALL the major tourist attractions
It is in a late 19th Century building with beautiful marble stair case and entry , which staircase has been featured in several French movies .

This totally remodelled apartment is on the Ground floor of a beautiful and very secure building, set well back from the street so very quiet - two codes required to access it . Its tall windows faces a wide cobblestoned courtyard
Handy to transport- Metro 1 and 2 and Buses to Eiffel Tower,Chatelet, Louvre , Montmartre . Just 2- 5 minutes walk to transport ,buses and metros . The windows admit lots of light , electric blinds close off the light when needed
This is a very chic neighbourhood, very safe . A very nice open market Place de Levis is 5 minutes walk, it is open every day including Sundays

We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it.The apartment is in a great location and you could almost enjoy a few days days without going more than 10 minutes from it!
It's very modern and has all you could possibly need.It was very clean and had some guide books and brochures to help you plan your stay.

Dear Rosa and Jeanette,
Thank you so much for our lovely stay in your apartment in Paris at the end of June. My wife and 13-year-old son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our trip to Paris was truly memorable, and your apartment had a lot to do with this magical experience.
Before we arrived, Jeanette was a gem in helping us to make reservations and Rosa was a jewel in graciously meeting us in front of her home and pleasantly helping us, if and when necessary. The area around this apartment in the 8th arroisment is amazingly serene, authentic and beautiful. The Parc Marcel is right in front of the first entrance.
This apartment is located in what I would describe as one of, if not the loveliest, safest and most enjoyable upscale neighborhoods in Paris. Very few tourists here, so you can experience the "joie de vivre” right outside your doorstep. If this is the lifestyle of chic Paris, everybody should be so lucky, all over the world.
Also a variety of wonderful (non-tourist) restaurants all around.
A 5-minute walk from Villiers Subway station.
We miss Paris so much, especially this lovely community!
A few tips:
Mind your head in the loft area to avoid bumps on the low ceiling.
For now at least, best to leave the window open a bit to let fresh air in after recent renovation and painting in kitchen, bathroom and shower room.
But this apartment, the surrounding neighborhood and the owners of the apartment in Paris left our family with warm, delightful, and unforgettable memories in Paris. Highly recommended.

We were the very first people to rent this apartment. Rosa and her daughter met us as arranged and showed us around . We loved the area with lots of great places to eat . The only negative thing we can say is that the first night the new paint fumes made it difficult to sleep . However we got up and opened the windows and it was better. The next night the fumes had all gone
