With a beautiful view over Paris rooftops, the Saint Eustache and the quaint, pedestrian rue Bachaumont, this spacious and tastefully decorated apartment has delighted guests from all around the world. Perfect for four to six persons, including children, you'll have a hard time deciding whether to spend your time in the city or inside looking out.

Located on the 6th floor in an upscale building with a lift, you'll still be able to walk up the last flight of stairs from the 5th to 6th floor, admiring the stain-glassed windows and the red carpet. In former times, the sixth floor was reserved for the maids, but these rooms have since been... redesigned into fashionable apartments.

The apartment is spacious (86m2) and has the character of a real home...because it is a real home. Brigitte is happy to hand it over to you for a stay of three to thirty nights. Keep in mind that it is not completely emptied of personal affairs, such as a lovely collection of art books and the occasional left-over exotic tea.

Clean and peaceful, the apartment is also very secure, featuring a high-security lock in a building with an entry code and a second entry door with a key.

Located in the heart of the pedestrian Quartier Montorgueil in the center of Paris, the neighborhood embodies the essence of authentic Parisian life and has been called the "new urban village" of Paris. One of the capital's most colorful market streets, it is home to some of its best restaurants, cafes and food shops.

Queen Elizabeth loved the cakes from the famed Stohrer bakery, where you may find yourself on many a morning.

The adjacent Place des Victories, designed by Place Vendome's Hardouin Mansart, showcases a statue of Louis XIV and today is dedicated to the designer names of fashion.

This apartment is also within walking distance from the reknown Centre Cultural Georges Pompidou, or Beaubourg, which contains Paris' Museum of Modern Art. Also within walking distance are most of Paris' most important attractions such as the Louvre Museum, the Palais Royal and the majestic Tuileries gardens.

In terms of transportation, you are right next to the metro stations Les Halles, Etienne Marcel (line 4) and Sentier (line 3). Many buses as well. Easy access to go everywhere.

The neighborhood is lively and charming, "Bohemian and bourgeois", appreciated by tourists as well as locals. You’ll find traditional french food markets next to fashion boutiques, and many typically Parisian cafes and restaurants. Down the street, there is a lovely market with fresh quality products, outdoor cafes, street musicians.

  We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful loft in central Paris. The location was fantastic and we loved the pedestrian-only thoroughfare in Montorgueil and the amazing selection of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops (fish monger, butcher, cheeseshop, grocers, and bakeries). The flat is nicely furnished although a little spartan. We loved having the windows open and a nice breeze coming through the rooms, but would have loved some door stoppers to prevent doors from slamming. There is a nice balcony for breakfast or reading.
  
  The owner checked in with us which was very thoughtful and the team from Paris Sharing went out of their way to make sure our stay went well.

  Great spot in a very trendy part of Paris. Perfert for families with up to 3 kids. It is a lived in apartment and as a result has a very homely fell to it.

  We have been in Paris during June and we stayed in the house for 6 nights. We really enjoyed our stay there.
  The people from Paris sharing, Fay, Carsten and their colleague (sorry cant remember his name) were very helpful. Brigitte, the owner of the apartment, was very helpful too, ready to answer any question we had before and during our stay.
  We were 6 people, 3 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only problem which raised up was a missunderstanding about the towels and duvets but its been solved immediately and an explanation is given.
  Be aware that the apartment is on the 6th floor but the elevator stops on the 5th. Maybe for an ederly person it is a problem.
  The kitchen was fully equiped and well organized. The dining and living room absolutely gorgeous with nice view at Paris roofs and St. Eustache church.
  The bedrooms with no problems except the mattress in one double bed which I suppose has to be replaced.
  The bathroom is decent but the toilet quite oldfashioned.
  The location is fantastic and absolutely safe. Just 20 meters from a cosy pedestrian road (Rue Montorgueil) with lots os small restaurants, pastries, cafe, groceries and of course boulangeries.
