This apartment is in a great spot...handy for walking to sites and close to metros. The apartment is by well fitted out - we had everything we needed. The washing machine was a great help in the middle of our stay!
If you are a light sleeper you might need earplugs as this apartment is in a busy location, but we found this to be a positive not a negative. The decor is lovely and the free telephone calls to anywhere in the world was an added bonus. The bed is very comfortable.
It is on the third floor and there is a lift so you don't need to carry your bags.
We will definitely be back! -

We have just returned from our trip to Paris, and we already miss the amazing week we had staying at the Charme du Marais. It was our first family vacation to Europe (my husband and I and my two teen sons) and I can't think of any hotel being more comfortable and spacious than this place.The apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. Clean, warm and quiet (Even at New Year's Eve). The location is perfect, at walking distance to the metro, grocery store, and several attractions. We loved having free-wifi! We had a late arrival and couldn't meet our greeter that day, but following Lauren's instructions (previoulsy sent) it was really easy to arrive and enter the apartment. She called us the morning after and solved our questions really nicely. We also had a problem at our very last day with the shuttle, but Lauren and Jennifer were really professional and understanding with us, which confirmed how much they care for their customers. I will surely recommend booking with Cobblestone to all my friends! Thanks Lauren and Jennifer for making this our best vacation ever.

Loved the location!!! Such a vibrant area. Great for people watching from the balcony! Also great local facilities, supermarkets, restaurants etc, everything you could need.
The apartment was very cute and "French" and well equipped.
WiFi connection was excellent, and great to be able to ring home (Australia) without charge. Thankyou, it was wonderful and we really loved it. -

The apartment was perfect, everything we expected from the online information. Lauren, our greeter met us at the apartment and was so kind and helpful, also offering any assistance during our entire stay. The location was perfect, shopping, eating and the Metro allowing us to enjoy our Paris experience with a comfortable place to land after a day out. We enjoyed the busy Paris streets below while enjoying a relaxing evening with a glass of wine on our balcony. All the amenities were a great convenience, especially the washer. We even made dinner in one evening..the kitchen had everything we needed. We slept soundly with the soundproof windows and had the luxury of waking at our own leisurely pace without interruptions you might find at a hotel. Le Charme made our Paris vacation wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay at any other Cobblestone facility after this great experience.

We stayed for a week in La Charme du Marais and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The apartment was spacious, airy and close to everything. Compared to tiny hotel rooms, the bedroom and living room were huge. The ceilings were high and there were numerous windows which made the apartment unbelievably bright.
As an added bonus, the apartment was on the corner of the building and so there were views onto the Boulevard de Sebastopol and La rue Etienne Marcel, two lovely Parisian streets. There was a balcony which ran around the entire apartment and there was also a little cafe table and two chairs on the balcony where you could enjoy a glass of wine (provided by Jennifer) after a long day of enjoying Paris sights.
Although the apartment was located on an upper floor there was an elevator (a rare Parisian luxury) which took you right to the door of your apartment. Granted, the elevator was small, but it held my husband and myself.
The bathroom was quite lovely almost entirely done in marble and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. There was even a towel drier!
The kitchenette was very modern and was equipped with everything you needed to make your own meals.Even the spices were provided including Herbes de Provence which we had never encountered before. What we especially loved was the induction stovetop which made cooking unbelievably speedy.
Other thoughtful touches were the umbrellas beside the front door, many tourist guide books on the coffee table and a huge delicious dark chocolate bar on the dining table.
We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay.
One important suggestion. Take advantage of the door to door shuttle provided at a small cost by Cobblestone Rentals. First, the large size of the apartment was a very pleasant surprise. Being on the corner overlooking a busy, exciting intersection of cafes, shops and endless people watching was great fun and when the windows were closed, you didn't hear a thing. We loved everything about it.

Good and friendly customer service, thorough furnishings, great atmosphere in apartment, quality apartment and building, easy trouble free arrival.
We stayed at Charme de Marais and also the Studio en Isle. In Charme de Marais we were three people, in Studio en Ilse we were a couple. Basically, though the two experiences were different, both of them were absolutely excellent. Location, quality of the apartment, and quality of the service, all as good as could be expected. We highly recommend Cobblestone.

The best part of our stay was how convenient the location was to everything including sites, museums, shopping, groceries, restaurants, bakeries (flan comes in chocolate!), atm's, bus, and metro. Most of these places were within a block or two of where we stayed and the others were just a few short blocks away. Plus, the apartment was just so cute.
Our shuttle driver and our greeter were very friendly and helpful. This was our first overseas vacation and having a direct shuttle and an English speaking greeter really took a lot of the stress and worry out of the trip. Even booking the apartment could not have been easier. The short videos and lengthy descriptions of the apartments made for "no surprises" when we got there. And by accepting so many payment types (Visa, MC, Discover, etc. and even PayPal) I really don't know why people would stay with anyone else. We had looked at renting another apartment through another service but they charged extra for a Sunday arrival. That's just wrong. No surprises like that with Cobblestone. Even a small issue with the shower was repaired immediately. I can't get a repair man to my house that quickly.
One thing I thought would be silly but turned out to be a lot of fun was the collection of Paris related videos (in English) that were provided. While I never cared much for "An american In Paris" or for Steve Martin's "Pink Panther" while at home, watching them after a day of site-seeing and saying "Hey, we were just there" was a great way to end the day.
Having WiFi and free international calls were very helpful too, if only to contact friends back home to brag.
The only possible negative would be that Le Charme Du Marais, while absolutely adorable and convenient, is on a busy corner and if you are not use to city noises, it can be a little overwhelming. As a first timer to Paris with children who preferred not to go on a coach tour of Europe, I am very glad to have made a divine inspired choice. Wifi for the teenagers and for my husband and I to meet our work responsibilities, free international calls to call home I could not have chose any better. Location is fantastic.. We walked to the Lourve and Champs.on our first day. Second day we walked to Notre dame and Latin Quarter and catacombs. Thank you Cobblestone Team.
