Sacramento, CaliforniaGood location clean nice place!
Left on 07/05/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Easy booking, clear direction and booking steps, great location, closed to line 1 which takes you to all major landmarks. We stayed there for three nights, with one of our friend and our 4 year old. The room is small but very clean, nice finish and modern look. The only thing is you can hear the noise people walking up and down the stairs, as the stairs is wood and it make noise, and we are on the second floor. But other than that everything is great, we will be back !(maybe with ear plug..)

52072This Paris vacation rental worked out great.
Left on 06/02/2012 for a stay in March 2012
We spent spring break in Paris with our adult daughter. The rental was attractive and very close to the metro (2 stations); it was safe/secure in a residential building in a part of Paris where ordinary people live. New, bright and clean (think Ikea white) with hardwood floors, it had everything you need for a vacation rental (minus a closet for hanging clothes)...it had lots of hot water, a big shower, and a washing machine. It was a quiet retreat after busy days spent enjoying Paris. Free phone calls to the us, free internet & flat screen TV. Perfect for a couple; it worked great for 3 adults.

NewcastleDelightful apartment, cosy beds, fantastic location.
Left on 01/06/2012 for a stay in December 2011
I loved this apartment! Cosy beds in a clean, modern apartment located in a wonderful area of Paris; this apartment made my first stay in Paris the perfect lasting impression.
The beds are very comfortable and maybe the most luxurious I've slept in, made even more divine by the goose feather blankets that you will struggle to get out of in the morning; if the beds don't make you cosy enough in the depths of winter there is even an aC/heating unit.
The location is excellent: the surrounding area has plenty corner shops for all shopping needs as well as a fine selection of patisseries for a mouth watering selection of breakfast delights or sweet toothed suppers; There is also such a wealth of cafes and restaurants you'll feel spoilt for choice.
The cafes are very reasonably priced and friendlier and more accommodating than those in the centre. A particular cafe was even helpful enough to point me and my friends towards a local bar for a few late night drinks, great service for strangers with poor French and not information easily found elsewhere.
The apartment might seem a little distant from the city centre, but with only a minutes walk to the Metro it's only 10 minutes journey to the Louvre. I was clueless about the different neighbourhoods of Paris but after walking around the more touristy western district of Paris I'm so glad I stayed here.
Amandine was so helpful making our stay easy, especially since I booked rather last minute. The thought put into the refurbishment is evident in little details such as providing a 'Lonely Planet - Paris'. The courtyard and flat are entered via separate door codes: we felt safer and were able to arrive late and leave early - not something you're able to do with other apartments!
I really can't recommend this apartment enough - cosy beds, comfortable and stylish decor, all essential facilities, easy check-in/checkout, and a neighbourhood I shall look to first when I return to Paris.
Please do consider staying here.
