Kitchen very well stocked, nice to have a home-cooked meal at the end of the day.
Location, within walking distance to many museums and shopping areas. close to Metro stop which allowed even more access to the other areas of the city. -

Easter break 2012 in this absolutely gorgeous apartment in a very secure building. Lots of space, everything clean and fresh, tastefully furnished fully equipped. It provided the perfect accommodation for us. We loved the balcony where we had leisurely breakfast every morning, with breads and croissants we got from the amazing near by bakeries. The apartment is situated a "step away" the arts ET Metier metro. There is a natural food store just around the corner with fresh produce all organic and a "regular" food store also very near by, not to mention the various Chinese grocery stores, there is one right across the street which opens early and closes late. There was some noise especially on the weekend. There is a dance club near by and people stand outside smoking since no smoking is allowed indoor. People come and go until late at night, the club is open FRI,sat only. I Full-heartedly recommend this apartment.

Our taxi driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Our driver was very courteous and helpful. Eric was waiting for us at the apartment and we were very tired when we arrived and everyone was relieved that we could settle into the apartment earlier then we had expected. Eric, the keyholder, spoke fluent English and explained everything very clearly. This also was appreciated.
The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was very functional with more than sufficient appliances. There was a very good assortment of dishes, pots, and pans.
It was very noisy. There is a bar just below the apartment and we could hear the talking until the bar closed. This made it difficult to get to sleep. The patio could have been a little more inviting.
The metro was very close and that was our main means of transportation. It's very close to restaurants, shopping, and markets for food shopping.
