The apartment is on the ground floor of a very beautifull and historical courtyard. Madame de Sévigné used to live in this building.
Wireless Internet service, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a lot of DVDS available. The kitchen comprises, among other things, 4 plates, an oven, two fridges and a freezer. There is a washer in the bathroom. There is a sofa and a bed.

The studio is located on rue des Lions Saint Paul in a calm and historical courtyard. It is on the ground floor.
It is located in the heart of Le Marais, very close to a lot of attractions like Place des Vosges. You will find nice bars, restaurants and galleries in the neighborhood.
2 Minutes walking away from the Seine River!! On the other side of the Sein River you will be in Ile Saint Louis, the old Paris city.
The closest metro stations are Saint-Paul and Sully Morland.

Studio spacieux très bien situé proche de tout commerces et transports dans un immeuble plein de charme. Lit confortable et bon équipement (cuisine, internet), mais nécessitant parfois un peu plus d'entretien.
Nous y retournerons volontiers. -

We stayed here in May 2012 and we absolutely loved the location. Within walking distance from two metro stations. There's a small bakery around the corner and Monoprix within 2 small blocks away!
Apartment is conveniently equipped with kitchen utensils, all kitchen appliances working good. The most important part for me was having a good internet connection and hot water :) Benoit was very nice and very informative. I would definitely go back here! -

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in april 2012 and found it to be a perfect place to stay for our trip to Paris. The apartment had everything we needed (kitchen, tv, wifi, lots of hot water and a good shower) and it is in a safe, quiet building in a great neighborhood! Very close to 2 metro stations, a short walk to shopping, good restaurants right around the corner, and close to Notre Dame/left bank. The rental process was smooth and Paris Vacapart was responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly Recommended!

This apartment was all that we needed for a wonderful stay in Paris. Benoit was very helpful and accommodating in terms of letting us drop our bags early and coming to check us out the night before as we had a flight leaving very early the next morning. The apartment was comfortable and in a quiet, safe, secure building which we really appreciated. This was our second time in Paris and we have now really realized how much the location of your accommodation can affect your overall stay. We would recommend this apartment to our friends and family with no reservation.

We cannot say enough about our stay in Saint Paul. Benoit is a gracious host who makes the entire experience from beginning to end smooth and easy. The apartment was charming and comfortable with all amenities available. We were impressed with the cleanliness and overall ease of staying in the studio. It has everything a traveler would need. The location is ideal for getting around Paris on the metro, bus, or walking. Shopping is nearby less than a 5 minute walk, to the main street. There is everything there, from French eateries, to fresh food, to pharmacies. The shops along the way are quaint and fun to explore. The area is quiet and safe. The apartment courtyard provides privacy and security. The building is historic and has been well cared for and updated. Overall a delightful apartment and location. We will definately return!

The apartement is located in a charming neighborhood in the centre of the city; you will enjoy your stay there much more if you feel atracted for the ancient places. Even if it is very near from commercial streets (a big advantage for shopping), it is very quiet inside, so you can really relax after a long days of visiting places full of tourists.
