LondonFab location, very comfortable apt
Left on 03/06/2013 for a stay in February 2013
My husband and two children stayed in the apt for 5 nights in Feb and everything went really smoothly.
The Paris agent met us at the apt, answered all our questions and even left us with a bottle of wine.
The apt is right in the thick of things and every convenience is at your finger tips including a brilliant supermarket and boulangerie.
The kids loved being able to use the Mac, which compensated for the minimal English TV (the only available channels were the business channels). We didnt need to use the laundry but was great to know it was there if we rent again. Also appreciated the nespresso machine, capsules and the ample wifi.
We travelled in winter, so it was cool outside. However, it was still a little noisy at night. Owners might give thought to more noise/sound proofing (triple glazing)?
However we would stay there again (with ear plugs) as it was a terrific apt. Many thanks for a terrific stay! -

Brisbane, AustraliaBeautiful apartment in fantastic location.
Left on 01/24/2013 for a stay in January 2013
Our stay at St andre des arts was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was beautifully appointed and very spacious. The decor was just stunning. The service from Paris rental connections were also really great and we had no issues with payments or security deposit returns. The location was fantastic. Literally out the door are streets of cafes and restaurants. There are also many galleries and the Metro station is close by.
Our only negative feedback was that it was really noisy in the apartment in the evenings as there is a bar down stairs and across the street. It did make it a bit difficult to get to sleep at times. The other slight negative is that it's on the third floor with no lift, so carrying suitcases and children did get very tiring. However it was also good excercise and helped make up for all the pastries and crepes we ate. -

The representatives at Paris Rental Connections were available and professional before our arrival. They assisted in every way we requested. Upon our arrival and throughout our stay, they were attuned to our needs, made certain we were comfortable and helped make our visit wonderful. The location of the home was convenient and very pleasant. We liked the location best. The only thing we would change would have been the suggestion by your employee on the phone upon our arrival that we visit Starbucks.

DubaiLuxury Stay in Exciting Saint-Germain-des-Prés
Left on 10/08/2012 for a stay in September 2012
A lovely 2 bed apartment in the busy and interesting Saint-Germain-des-Prés area of Paris. Completely well-appointed and liveable with too many accoutrements to mention. Virtually anywhere you'd want to be is walkable from this excellent location. Great service by PRC as well. A queen or king bed in the master bedroom would be an improvement for couples.

Thanks for your wonderful comments Victor. The bed size in the master bedroom is a queen - at least it's the size of a queen being 160cm across.

New OrleansPerfect Stay
Left on 08/07/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We stayed in this apartment during the last week of July 2012. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. The space was centrally located in a great neighborhood that is a convenient walk to many restaurants and stores. A few blocks away is the Seine, public transportation, and a great park.
The accommodations were well furnished and very clean. More than enough room for a family of four.
The only things that weren't great;
- it's great to be in a busy location, but it can be loud (really only when windows are open)
- we were in Paris during a 10 day period and 3-4 were very hot. The space has great ventilation and fans, but a few nights were over 80 degrees F. -

Left on 07/25/2012 for a stay in July 2012
This apartment made our stay in Paris a complete luxury! With three young children, it was not only a relief to have somewhere to relax, and to return to when we needed a break, it was also spacious, beautifully decorated, and well located.
We were well received upon arriving by our agent, who was English speaking and knowledgeable about the apartment. The apartment had enough space for us all to relax, loads of cupboard space, a clean, well equipped kitchen (but Paris sized) and very elegant. Laundry was a blessing. It was stuffy with the windows closed, but noisy at night with them open due to the bar downstairs. Wonderful location and easy to pick up breakfast and groceries. So much better than a hotel as we had space, and could come and go as we pleased, and didn't have to pay 10-15 euros pp every am for breakfast. Bathrooms also Paris sized, modern but might be a squeeze for two couples. For a family it was fine. Shame the sun didn't shine on us more, but wonderful to have this place to return to when the rain came down.

Left on 07/19/2012 for a stay in June 2012
The apartment was gorgeous! Very roomy. There were 5 of us and we never felt crowded. The 3rd floor walk up with luggage was a bit of a challenge but worth it. Make sure to pack ear plugs because it is on a lively street and the noise at night could keep people awake.
Other than that it is a great location, close to everything. -

Brooklyn, NYSpacious base from which to explore Paris
Left on 07/12/2012 for a stay in June 2012
This apartment is very central in St. Germain - you have access to all the Left Bank, convenient metro options and a taxi stop just down the street; lots of cute shops, but also a Carrefour a block away in the Rue de Buci. So the logistics of the apartment work very well. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a small but well-appointed kitchen. The washer and dryer (on a separate floor) are very handy (though the dryer does work on a long cycle). The management company is excellent! As others have noted, there can be noise in the street from bars, etc, but this did not bother us.

MontclairGreat apartment for a family of five, great location
Left on 04/26/2012 for a stay in April 2012
This apartment worked very well for our family of five. It was walking distance to everything and had lots of cute cafes in the area for dinner with kids. The living space is great. One concern might be that it is up few flights of narrow, steep stairs, so you have to carry your baggage up and down. Also, over the weekend, it's noisy at night as there are several bars in the block. However, it worked extremely well for us (kids are 12, 10 and 9).

McLean, VAOutstanding Experience!
Left on 04/23/2012 for a stay in April 2012
I am in the hotel business and work with high end resorts in the United States. I have never used apartment rental services prior to our recent trip to Paris, France in april of 2012. Our entire experience from beginning to end was fabulous. The company was very responsive and patient with all my questions. Booking was easy with use of on-line credit card services. Upon arrival an agent greeted us to go over every detail about the apartment and the area we were in. She answered our many questions and left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. The apartment was even nicer than it looked online, very clean and very well located. We could walk everywhere. We would use this company again and would definitely book this apartment again! I highly recommend them.

TorontoA very comfortable base from which to explore Paris
Left on 04/06/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Paris Rental Connections was responsive and professional, and their agent provided an excellent orientation upon arrival. The online photos and description are accurate and current. The apartment is nicely designed, spacious, furnished with everything you would likely need, and very conveniently located. The building's entry stairway shows its age and had us a bit apprehensive when we first came in, but over the course of our stay it actually developed its own charm. The second bathroom would be tight for a large person.

Left on 02/09/2012 for a stay in January 2012
This is a great apartment with an unparalleled location. Very well appointed. Everything you need and them some more. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled and done with great taste. I also fell in love with the curtains. They were amazing! So even that was great. Convenient to everything since it's location is right smacked in the middle of Paris. Metro a 2 minute walk too! Only downside is the noise from the street, but then again, it's Paris! I am also an extremely light sleeper and was woken up a few times during our week stay, the rest of the family did not even notice it. To summarize, I loved it so much I recommended it to my best friend who will try to stay there come June if it's available for her dates and I will certainly repeat also when I head to Paris again! Merci!

BrisbaneA perfect base for Paris sightseeing
Left on 01/12/2012 for a stay in December 2011
Located centrally in the Saint Germain area, travel via Metro or RER to any area of Paris was easy and proximity to so many interesting sites was possible just by doing easy walks. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of five adults, being spacious and having everything required for a long term stay and more. The light fittings in the apartment were just amazing. Access to international telephone was a bonus and the internet access kept the younger family members happy. Located in a very cosmopolitan lane there can be noisy revellers passing by until early morning. If you have heavy suitcases they may need to be partly unpacked before taking them up the three flights of stairs, so you do need to be aware that there are narrow Parisian stairs to traverse. I would not hesitate to stay there again for the location and the spacious and well appointed aspects of the apartment. So glad we chose this apartment. All of our comunication with Paris Rental Connections was faultless and Shelley, the Paris rep. was so helpful with orienting us to the apartment and the area.

Tel AvivGreat vacation place
Left on 11/01/2011 for a stay in October 2011
The apartment was great - cannot think of a better location for a Paris vacation, and the apartment itself is large, new and clean with everything you need. service was extremely friendly and overall it was a great choice for vacation place. Only caveat is the single shower - can be less comfortable for a family with grown up kids or more than 2 adults.
