We have designed this apartment to welcome you in comfort and to give you a wonderful home to return to after your days of exploring the most beautiful city in the world.

The quality of the furnishings, appliances, and decorations will make it difficult to leave your apartment each day because you will want to stay home to relax and enjoy Le Balcon Luxembourg.

Renovated with high-end accoutrements and stylishly decorated with a touch of Modern French Sophistication, this apartment is what you have been looking for.

Le Balcon Luxembourg offers a PRIVATE BALCONY with a view of the Parisian rooftops. You will enjoy opening your glass doors and step outside to enjoy the views and sit at the Parisian cafe table with your coffee and book.

Lavish in the amount of light this apartment offers because of the location on the 6th floor.

The charming master bedroom features a queen size bed for 2 guests and plenty of closet space.

The sofa in the main living area is also a comfortable double size sofa-bed to welcome 2 additional guests.

Full linens are provided for both beds.

The kitchen is newly renovated with high-end fittings and features a fridge/freezer, induction stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and modern counters and cabinets.

There is a dining table with seating for 4 guests.

The newly renovated bathroom includes a spacious shower.

The apartment looks over an astounding view of the Parisian rooftops.

The flatscreen TV in the living area will let you see what's going on in the world with hundreds of channels in many languages and CNN and BBC in English. But remember, you didn't come to Paris to care about what's going on in the world. So set it to some digital classical radio instead and sip some wine and nibble some fromage, now that's better.

  We stayed in this comfortable apartment in late May. The location is terrific. We took the bus everywhere, walked a lot, bought breakfast in the boulangerie next door, shopped nearby for fruit, cheese, and roast chicken (for dinner one night), and found some good local cafes. The apartment is well equipped and has comfortable beds. There's a charming view of Paris rooftops from the little balconies. We would rent from Cobblestone again.
