The price per night listed above is our "average" price per night. Pricing fluctuates during the year based on length of your stay and the season in which you travel. We do not charge extra for additional guest. We have a 4 night minimum stay throughout the year (most agencies require a 7 night stay). The only fee associated with the booking is a $79.00 non-refundable damage wavier fee. We do offer early arrival and late departure for a nominal fee. I can't say enough good things about this property. The property itself is in excellent condition. It is modern and new and very well decorated. We loved having a kitchen and dinning room table to gather at instead of a hotel lobby! A little cheese and wine, purchased right down the street, every night and great conversation. The area is perfectly situated. We walked to Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, and the Louve. There were endless restaurant choices within walking distance as well as plenty of shopping. Metro and RER stations are in every direction. It was a short metro ride to the Eiffel Tower and the arch. I would absolutely recommend this property and it will be my first choice when I return to Paris. You will not regret booking this property. Loved it!

The apartment was situated in a great location! Close to the metro, tourist attractions, places to dine...everything really. The apartment was just as it looks in the pictures and alame, who greeted us when we arrived, was great as well. There is a grocery store nearby in case you want to dine in and the area around this apartment is clean and secure. This is definitely a place I would return to.

An ideal apartment for six girls to celebrate a Birthday.
Plenty of room - great location - fully equipped. Great Wine bar directly across street!
Downside was we paid for early arrival and some things were not ready when we arrived. Towels still in the washer and dryer which we had to finish. When we asked about extra sheets, we were later accused of trying to bring a 7th person in!Response from CobbleStay.com - 02/26/2013
