This charming 40 sq. mts (430 sq. ft) apartment is located at the 4th floor - with elevator - of a typical Haussmann-period building, facing a quite and small side-street, in the heart of Montmartre. It is very luminous and has been completely refurbished in 2012. It can comfortably accommodate 2-3 persons (maximum):1 queen size double bed+ 1 sofabed, has a bathroom with a large shower and wc, a fully equipped kitchen, cable tv, dvd player, Ipod docking station and wi-fi. This charming apartment is located in the heart of Montmartre, just two steps away from Paris main points of interest such as the Sacre Coeur, Place du Tertre or Abbesses and close as well to true Parisians preferred spots like the typical Rue du Poteau (famous for its market and gourmet shops internationally recognized), the classy and elegant Rue Custine, Caulancourt-Lamarck or Avenue Junot. You'll have the chance to enjoy a walk in the fast growing and vibrant Village Ramey and Marché St. Pierre neighborhoods, both loved by youngsters for the wide choice of restaurants, bars and clubs or Pigalle with its unique, vivacious atmosphere. The apartment is very well connected to Paris public transportations: two subway (M12 and M4) just few steps from the apartment and three bus lines (85, 80 and Montmartrobus) will quickly get you wherever in town. Close to the subway station there is also a taxi stand to get you to Charles de Gaulle airport in a few minutes.You can get the main Train station very easily by Subway (M4 Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est 5-7 minutes; M12 Gare de Montparnasse 15-17 minutes). We loved this beautiful apartment in Montmartre! It was our honeymoon and we couldnt have chosen a better place to stay, The apartment is spotless with a great little kitchen, amazing shower and very comfortable bed! The location is fantastic - The fact that it's so close to the Metro (3 minute walk!) and also has so many cool bakeries, shops, supermarkets a few minutes away made it the perfect spot to stay away from the noise and traffic of central Paris. It was very quiet and the little lift was a lifesaver after long days of walking around! Thank you Eleonora for your personal and attentive service. We honestly cant thank you enough for renting your apartment to us! We will definitely be back and we will recommend it to all our friends! Merci!!!

This apartment is classy, quiet, comfortable, convenient and in a great location. The pictures don't do it justice. It is elegantly decorated and at the same time has a cosy, clean, homey feeling with a wonderful kitchen and bathroom- more modern than any we had found in Paris. Located in a neighborhood where "real Parisians and their families" live, it felt like we were in the real Paris. An easy walk to Sacre Coeur. Close to the Metro for quick access to all of Paris. I highly recommend this apartment and have already done so to friends and family.

What a great experience to live in the beautiful area of Montmartre in Paris...even if only for 5 nights!!. Walk out the front door, look up the hill to see Sacre Coeur, then climb the many stairs to get there, or down the street to a Brasserie for afternoon aperitifs, supermarkets and bakeries are also in close proximity.
Whatever your plans for Paris, this is a lovely place to stay and ideally situated - metro station down the street, taxis and buses at the corner. Eleonora is an awesome landlady, easy to contact and always available to answer queries or respond to any problems. Once I had spoken to her, I knew we had found the ideal apartment.
The apartment is clean, with a lovely kitchen and plenty of space so you don't feel cramped. The only thing missing is a washing machine, but as there is a laundromat just down the road, this isn't a big issue. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is a lift - though narrow - but it did accommodate our 2 large bags and one person on each trip. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment, and we will certainly book this apartment for our next stay in Paris.

My mum and myself stayed for three nights. Eleonora replied promptly to all my questions. A person was meant to give us the key and show us the flat but something came up so they couldn't and we collected the key from a pizzeria nearby which was not real trouble. When we got in, there was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. The flat was really cute, clean and comfortable. We shared the large double bed which was really comfy, there are double glazed windows to kept out the noise from the road and outside blinds for the light. There was also a functional kitchen (although no toaster). It was a pleasure to go back to it after a long day walking around Paris. Thank you

Recently refurbed apartment - charming, modern look and very comfortable. Within easy reach of local Metro and well placed for a great sightseeing break to Paris. Good range of local shops if you fancy eating in, and reasonably priced bars, restaurants if you prefer eating out. Booking arrangements were really easy and helpful. We were personally greeted on arrival and all amenities were explained ...even received a welcome bottle of wine - very nice. A great success, highly recommended.

This apartment captures the essence of Paris with all the amenities one could need. The pullout couch is very comfortable and the building is secure. The neighbourhood is romantic and authentic, located close to the metro. Eleonora has thoughtfully prepared a guidebook including nearby restaurants and bakeries. If you want a real Parisian experience, this apartment is the place to stay! It is has recently been updated, but still retains the classic charm with its large windows. I brought my daughter and we enjoyed the atmosphere and privacy that this rental provides. We were also given an extended checkout, which made enjoying our last few hours in Paris easy and stress-free. Thank you for the wonderful service.

We loved having our home away from home in Montmartre. The place is cozy, but large enough to feel comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with only a quick walk up many stairs to the Sacre Coeur.
Not only was the place nice, but Eleonora helped us out to get our baggage delivered to the apartment when it failed to arrive on our overseas flight. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is ideallay located in Montmartre, just steps away from the basilica of the Sacre Coeur and close to other points of interests such as Rue du Poteau or the vibrant life of Village Ramey and Marché St. Pierre. On the top of that it has easy access to public transportation (2 metro lines down the place + buses and taxis in the nearby).
The apartment looked brand new during our stay (Feb. '12), it is furnished with extreme taste and fully equipped. We were 3 (me, my wife and our kid) but I'm sure it could comfortably accomodate up to 4 persons. The owners have been always available and very kind to give us precious tips which made the difference during our stay. This apartment is the choice I would definitely recommend for your stay in Paris !
