HOUSE RULES :
We ask that you enjoy your stay with us in Paris, but that you are respectful of our property (everything is new) and the capacity of the flat (a maximum of four people should be in the flat at any time). The flat is located in a residential building and loud music will not be welcomed by the neighbours!
We will provide one set of keys upon arrival. Should you require a second set, please note that we will ask for 70EUR (or in equivalent currency) deposit until the second key is returned to us.
Check-in and check-out are flexible, please note we will charge 20EUR for a late check-in (after 10pm)
We do not charge a cleaning fee. You are responsible for keeping the flat clean during your stay.

nous avons passé 5 jours à Bell3ville, pendant les fêtes de Noel.
Cet appartement est parfaitement bien conçu, fonctionnel, calme et surtout très propre. Il est meublé avec beaucoup de goût, sobrement mais rien ne manque. Il est situé dans un quartier central et vivant où nous pouvons trouver de tout dans un rayon de 5mn à pied autour l'immeuble (restaurants, bars, supermarchés...).
De plus le métro est à 2 pas et avec un accès à 2 lignes, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la capitale ( pas de changement requis pour accéder à de nombreux sites : Montmartre, Champs Elysées, Châtelet, Le Marais..).
Nous avons pu nous rendre à pieds aux Buttes Chaumont, à République, au Canal St Martin ce qui nous a permis de visiter Paris autrement.
Nous remercions anne et Krish pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leurs bons plans lors de notre séjour.
Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement si vous devez séjourner à Paris. -

Economical, Efficient apartment in Paris

We found this apartment on Tripadvisor, and stayed at Bell3ville in October for 5 days. This apartment is on the 6th floor (called the 5th floor, as ground floor is floor 0), and is a walk-up, as is customary. We chose it due to price, as it was 1/3 the cost of apartments nearer major attractions, such as Eiffel Tower, etc. We also wanted more than a hotel room, and would definitely rent an apartment vs. hotel on a return trip. The apartment was clean and ready for us. Ann and Krish were great hosts, helping us to get our bearings upon arrival. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen.
From here we covered Paris for 5 days, using the Metro (subway) system exclusively, from the ultra-convenient Belleville station, which was within 200 yards of our front door! The Belleville area is settled by eastern Europeans and asians, but we had no issues with the surroundings, safety, etc.. Each morning we grabbed a pastry from the Patiserie right around the corner, and headed down to the Metro to start our explorations. There is also an aTM right around the corner for getting cash as needed, using our us bank card. Within a day we were expert at navigating the Metro.
We did not use the kitchen much, as we ate along our daily tour routes, but it would suffice well if you wished to prepare some of your own meals. The kitchen window (back) had a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The bedroom and living/sitting room windows look out over a courtyard. This gave us an idea of what Paris life is like away from the tourist areas.

Everything was perfect, the location, the facilities, the hosts and the view. We had clear instructions about how to get there and Krish & Anne were accommodating to our arrival time and showed us round the flat and left us with plenty of information to plan our trip from travelling around, local shops to places to see and utilising our time well. In the evening she checked on us to make sure we knew what we were doing and if we needed anything else.
Anne checked us out and was very patient while we were still reluctantly packing. She even hailed a taxi for us. Thank you both for being excellent hosts and hope to be there again soon. -

We spent ten days in Paris and were delighted with our little home away from home. Kirsch and anne were friendly and accommodating for first time visitors to Paris. Their instructions from the airport through the metro and train system were easy to follow and up to date. The apartment is a seven minute ride to the heart of Paris via metro which is very easy to use. The apartment was comfortable for four adults. Easy access to shopping, laundry services and close to a large local park. If you wish to experience life in Paris and not just the touristy Paris we would highly recommend these accommodations.

Très bon accueil, appartement au calme, très propre, confortable, à la déco simple et soignée...le tout à deux pas du métro, pour un prix défiant toute concurrence ! Au vu de ce qu'on peut trouver comme hôtels à Paris, c'est vraiment une très bonne adresse pour un séjour à Paris !

Anne and Krish were fantastic hosts. They helped us with parking, restaurants and museum bookings, and were even up to date on which metro stations were undergoing works, saving us a lot of time. It was great to have such savvy hosts for our first visit to Paris.
The flat itself (named bell3ville) is clean, new, light and airy - the view from the kitchen is fabulous in the daytime and even better at night! We were a bit scared of the five flights to climb to get to the flat, but after the first time, it wasn't a problem, even after walking around Paris all day.
Pleasantly surprised by the coffee machine and the welcome bottle of red wine. The rooms were of a great size and the DVD player came in handy when we didn't feel like going out or watching football on TV. The location is ideal for walking around Paris and the metro station is not even a minute away, with direct lines to the middle of Paris and to most touristy places - getting to the airport at the end of our trip was easy too.
All in all, we will definitely be recommending bell3ville to our friends and family - if you are considering it - don't hesitate, you will have a great stay in Paris!
