Located on the ground floor, TIPHAINE is a 2-room very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Covering an area of 42 square meters, it is quiet and without vis-à-vis the side lounge which overlooks a private garden of 42m ². You enter the apartment through a small entrance around which revolve the various parts. The living room (20 m²) is very bright thanks to its clear and gray tones to his opening onto the garden through her ??window and glass door (southwest exposure). The lounge has a sofa bed, coffee table and two chairs. The dining area has a table and four chairs. Shelves and a desk complete the package. The apartment is located in the fifteenth district, in the lively de Grenelle, with many traders axes. It is bordered to the west by the Seine and north by the Champ de Mars. What was once a vast agricultural plain bordering Paris became the early nineteenth century commercial and industrial agglomeration. With the development of its manufactures, its port, the creation of its town hall, theater and church (the Church of St. John the Baptist), Beau Grenelle in those days was an independent village.   Really lovely apartment very clean and comfortable. Just around the corner from grocery store, close to the metro. Everything was perfect. We were so tired after walking around Paris during the day it was lovely to come back and relax in the apartment every evening. Having the garden was a big bonus.
