Located on de Sainte-Anne in the heart of the 1st district. It is in a short walking distance to main points of interest such as, Le Louvre, Le jardin des Tuileries, and the the Seine River. The neighborhood gathers many facilities and services: restaurants, cafes, and shops on prestigious rue Saint Honore.

You will enjoy the hypest boutiques, as "Colette" and the greatest createurs.

This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century building having an... elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there is a concierge in the building as well.

Bright, spacious and calm with beams on the ceilings, the main room has a coffee table, a large sofa, two elegant leather armchairs, a chimney and a stereo.

In the dining room there are a rectangular wooden table and four matching chairs (2 extra folding chairs are available), a telephone, a stereo and lamps.

The kitchen is equipped with vitro-ceramic burners, oven, a micro wave, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and all the utensils.

Heating is electric and there are heaters in all the rooms.

The nearest metro stations are Palais-royal (line1), Pyramides (line 7), bourse (line 3).

  We stayed at this flat for 2 and a half weeks, during the coldest april ever, a couple with a teenager son. The flat is very quite, in an internal building, at the fifth floor. The location is superb:2 minutes walk to the closest Metro station - 4 September , 5 minutes walk to the Garnier Opera, 5 minutes walk to Louvre, 5 minutes walk to a big Monopix (supermarket).
  The heating was excellent, all the equipment and Wi-fi worked well - including a nice CD Player, which allowed us to listen to the CD of French music that we bought.
  The kitchen is small, but has all needed for a modest meal of up to 5-6 people. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture is in very good condition and the whole flat is very pleasant, full of light. I liked also the fact that you can look out of the windows and there are no other buildings in front of you - all are bellow you.

  5 mins walk to the Opera and metro. Very helpful and nice staff. The apt was not very modern but very spacious and cozy. Excellent value of money
