It can accommodate up to 6 people.

The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), two coffee tables, 3 chairs, a sideboard, a console.

A dining area with a dining table and 6 chairs.

A flat screen TV (cabled) and an Internet connection (ADSL / WiFi) will also be at your disposal.

The 1st bedroom (facing the courtyard) is furnished with a king size bed... equivalent (2 singles 80 * 200), 2 bedside tables, a chair, a valet, a sideboard and a loggia.

The kitchen with tiled floor, is equipped with 4 gas hobs, a large fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washer dryer.

You will also find many storage cupboards and all necessary dishes for a comfortable stay.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160 * 200), 2 bedside tables, a valet heating, a desk with a chair, a bookshelf and a chest of drawers.

You will also appreciate the laundry space in the hallway with storage shelves and closet.

The bathroom with tiled floor is equipped with an Italian shower, a washbasin with large mirror and a hairdryer.

The toilets are separate (meaning off the bathroom).

You will live in the nice and quiet neighbourhood of Javel, on the left bank on Rue de Javel, in the 15th.

You will be within 15 minutes walk from Parc André Citroën, the Eiffel Tower. You can also easily access to the Champs Elysees) Place de la Concorde, Parc des Expositions and Georges Pompidou Hospital.

Nearby you will find many supermarkets (Franprix within 100 meters, rue Javel), bakeries (within 6 minute walk), restaurants and many other shops.

Felix Faure (line 8), in less than 4 minutes from your apartment takes you to Rue du Commerce (very nice open air market closeby), La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle, Place de la Concorde, Madeleine, Opera, Grands Boulevards and Republic where you will find line: 3, 5, 9 and 11. You can easily reach almost all the neighbourhoods of Paris from your apartment.
