This lovely flat is located at third floor of an ancient characteristic building of the Marais district.
It has been fully renovated in 2012 and all the furniture have been custom made and deeply optimized to exploit the space.
Actually the disposition of the apartment allow to enjoy 3 different areas:
- the living where there is a sofabed and an armchair in the corner and the (cable) TV;

The heart of the famous Marais district is in the 4th arrondissement, between the wonderful Place des Vosges and the Hotel the Ville, Paris' City Hall.
The Marais is known to be a trendy area with a number of shops and restaurant which make its day and night life very intense. Nevertheless it is an authentical place where Parisian people enjoy to live. It has traditionally been the Juif district and, more recently, has also been adopted by the gay community.
A number of museums, art galleries and historic sites find also their place in this area where the atmospheare is definitely a bit special and where is absolutely reccomanded to stay or at least to go for a visit.
