Located halfway between Arc de Triumph and Trocadero, this luxury property is in the heart of the 16th shopping and museum district. The Trocadero which frames the Eiffel Tower is just down the street. Within walking distance are the Maratime Museum, Guimet Asian Arts Museum, Modern Art Museum, Palais de Tokyo, Fashion Museum, Napoleon Museum at the top of Arc de Triumph and many more. Lots of shopping on Ave Victor Hugo as well as nearby in Passy.
The big park, Bois de Bologne, is close as is a grocery store. Champs des Elysees is a 10 minute walk away.

The price per night listed above is our "average" price per night. Pricing fluctuates during the year based on length of your stay and the season in which you travel. We do not charge extra for additional guest. We have a 4 night minimum stay throughout the year (most agencies require a 7 night stay). The only fee associated with the booking is a $79.00 non-refundable damage wavier fee. We do offer early arrival and late departure for a nominal fee. To customized quote based on your travel dates and length of stay please submit the form on the right.

We loved the apartment and will definitely rent it again, if it's available for our next trip! The location was perfect and the Corner cafe was outstanding. Easy walk to metro and great restaurants.
The apartment was really great. We travelled 8 girlfriends and it was plenty big for us all. The bathrooms were enough (we had been a little worried about getting ready in the morning, but it wasn't a problem once we discovered the extra 1/2 bath in the hall outside the front door)
We would have given it an easy 5 stars if everything had been maintained when we got there. Instead we had to set aside time to wait for the manager to come and install lightbulbs, fix the kitchen faucet and hang blinds(some blinds were broken and/or missing).
The owner responded right away and so did the manager even though it took a couple of days to get it all done. It would have been perfect if it had been done before we arrived.
Once everything was fixed and working, we could just relax and enjoy this very beautiful apartment. We loved the great view of the light show on the Eiffel Tower every night. Thank you! -

This apartment was perfect for our group. A great location - close to the metro, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysses and tons of great cafes. It's in a very safe residential area. There is plenty of room throughout the apartment and a beautiful view from the balcony. A great place to call home during your stay in Paris!

Stunning penthouse with great views of the Eiffel Tower. Very central to everything and easy walking distance to the major attractions. Apartment had everything there to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cobblestay and the owners were really helpful and were readily on hand if we had any queries. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering a trip to the beautiful capital.
