The 1st arrondissement stretches across the rive droite (right bank) of the Seine and is today home to the Louvre museum, Hermès' flagship store and that magnet for the film, fashion and media jet set – the Hotel Costes. The Avenue de L'Opéra is one of Haussman's most successful creations, sweeping all the way from the Louvre northwest to the Palais Garnier. My family and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for more than a week. The managing staff has made our stay one that we will surely not forget all our lives. We loved the area as well! Very close to the beautiful Opera and Louvre! There are shops and restaurants all around and it's this kind of things that give you a very Parisian feeling. Thank you for everything!

We didn't want to leave! From the moment we walked into this elegant apartment, my friends and I felt as if we were living like Parisians. The location was great - we found loads of good restaurants nearby, convenient access to public transport, small grocery stores, theaters, a market street, and a taxi stand.
The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and spacious. The overall layout worked well for us, with large living areas and an eat-in kitchen.
I would highly recommend this rental property, and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

There is nothing I can say that was wrong about this apartment!
We are a family of 9 (with three young kids) who spent a wonderful week in this apartment in the 9th. Our aim was to try and live like a local, and we did just that. The location of the place is wonderful - walking distance to many Parisian highlights, 5 min walk from two separate metro lines and around the corner from hundreds of food shops and cafes.
The size of the apartment was huge - plenty of room for a large family! Bedrooms were big, the kitchen was very well stocked and the living spaces were perfect.
Definitely worth staying! I hope we'll be back some day.

We stayed in this apartment for a week. It was wonderful to have a home base in Paris that was roomy enough for all of us (6 adults and 2 kids) to stretch out after hours of sightseeing. The apartment is large and comfortable, with an eat-in kitchen, a large living room as well as four bedrooms. We enjoyed cooking and eating in the apartment (and saved money that way over eating all our meals out). Both the owner and the manager were very responsive, answered all of our questions promptly and provided very helpful information about the apartment and the neighborhood, local restaurants, etc. all in English. We look forward to someday returning for another stay here!

This apartment has gone beyond our expectations. Our party of 8 had all the room and comfort that we needed. There are no words to describe it. It's simply wow! Huge living room and very spacious bedrooms. Lot's of beautiful furnishings and decorations! We really loved it! The area is so beautiful too! Very close to the Opera and the Louvre. You can get boat tours in the vicinity and along the way there are so many beautiful cafes and restaurants! We recommend this apartment for anyone willing to try a 5 star service!

A stunning apartment to a very high standard of finish. A real credit to the owners. The location is incredibly convenient, as it's only two minutes walk from Metro station, and there are plenty of good places to eat and drink in the vicinity.
When we received the keys from the welcoming staff, they were very informative, friendly and helpful. Their recommendations made our stay even more special.
