Please note elevator only goes up to 7th floor and then it is necessary to climb a set of stairs to the 8th floor.

This apartment is located in the 9th arrondissement in a very central location. The area is lively with a fantastic selection of french bistrots and restaurants to choose from. Opera Garnier is just an eight minute walk with other historic buildings such as the Louvre and Place Vendome being a fifteen minute walk away. If you want to explore the whole of Paris, the metro stop 'Richelieu Drouot' with fantastic links to the rest of Paris is located just 30 metres from the apartment.

We traveled with 5 adults and 2 children (age 4 and 6). The apartment was larger then we expected. It was clean and modern. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is a market near by and plenty of places to dine and drink. The person who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful. There were 2 showers and 1 bath tub. There was only one toilet but it was in a separate room so it was not a problem for us. Additionally there is a washing machine but no dryer. The elevator took us up to the 7th floor and we had to walk to the 8th (it is a very short walk). The apartment is centrally located with 2 metro stops nearby. However it is easy to walk anywhere in Paris from this location. Everyone loved the apartment and we all highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here on a girls weekend away recently. It's really central, walking distance from lots of place and also has a metro stop just across the street. There is a great bar up the street called Oz Cafe and lots of restaurants around. It was spotlessly clean, warm and really spacious. I would definately recommend this place to anyone- felt really safe here!

The apartment is located in the loft of an apartment block, on boulevard montmartre, paris, approx 2 minutes walk from one of the entrances to the Richelieu-Drouot metro station and approximately 10 mins drive from gare du nord train station.
The rooms were clean and presentable. There are three bedrooms and was sufficient for our group which consisted of 5 adults, 2 children and a baby. The kitchen was well equipped with ovens, stoves, dishwasher and a washing machine. However, whilst there was cutlery for eating, there were no cutlery for cooking. Wifi was fantastic and you could make free calls to Many countries (land lines only).
The apartment has one bathroom with a bath and a shower, one bath room with a shower, and one toilet (I.e. 2 bathrooms and one toilet). As there is only one toilet, planning needs to be done to ensure that no accidents happens!
As the apartment is in the loft, part of the ceiling is slanted, and if you are not careful, it is low enough to for you to knock your head.
Two of the rooms are equipped with televisions, but there is no central tv.
Thee are numerous shops in the area, with a McDonalds on the ground floor, a couple of american restaurants in the area and many shops, bakeries within walking distance.
Checking in was hassle free and the checking out was seamless.
The lift to the apartment was a bit small, and can only fit 3-4 pax at a time. If carrying big luggage, several trips are required. Also, the lift stops one floor below the apartment, and a short climb is needed to get to the apartment.
It's a great place, location wise, and good for a family of 5-7pax. However, if your intention is to stay in the apartment for your holiday, it may not be the best spot for you.
I will definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in paris.
Towels were provided, but please bring your own shampoo and shower cream. -

It was great to have a base we could come home to that felt more secure than a hotel-a real home away from home.
Our welcome was very pleasant and staff couldn't do enough for you.
The apartment is really lovely- very spacious, bright and furnished with all mod cons! Had a great time there.
