You are planning a stay in Paris under the best conditions and with a warmly welcome. For a reasonable budget, you wish to feel at home in enthusiastic apartment, nicely decorated and perfectly equipped. You know that nothing is worth than the center of a capital to taste all the charm of it. Here is our proposal… Apartment of 35 m2 (376 Sq Ft), for 2 or 4 peoples, on the 4th floor of a building from XVIIe century, with elevator up to 3rd floor. Very clear, very calm and pretty decorated, with three widows on vast court yard.

Perfectly located, rue Sainte Anne street is between Louvre, Opera and Palais Royal. The center of Paris, ideal district to visit the capital on foot or in the bicycle. With some steps of the main museums, theatres, department stores and rue St-Honore for shopping. Ideal for romantic walk in the gardens of Tuileries or on the Seine banks. The left bank, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Marais district are in walking distance. Food shops and supermarket are around, as well, many restaurants of French and international cuisine, also Japanese and Chinese coking. Subway stations: Pyramides at 5 minutes, Opéra at 10 minutes. Direct connection to Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle from Opéra with RoissyBus, to Disneyland from Châtelet station and to Chateau-de- Versailles from St-Michel station, at 15 minutes walking distance. Pyramide Carpark at 5 minutes.

We recently stayed at Gerard Godart's apartment in Rue Sainte anne, this provided us with an ideal base to explore Paris. The Roissybus provides a direct, economical and timely transfer from Paris CDG to the Opera house; the apartment is only a short walk from the Opera destination. The apartment is well appointed with all necessary facilities for us to comfortably experience living in central Paris. Wi-Fi access was also included; this meant staying in touch with family and friends was very convenient. The location of the apartment is perfect, it was only a short walk to many highlights such as the Louvre, Musee d Orsay, Opera Garnier, galleries such as Vivienne; a stroll along the Seine was a pleasure enjoyed on many occasions. Access to other facilities such as the Metro, Supermarket, Patisserie, restaurants and wine shop are all located within easy reach. We are planning to stay in the apartment again, many thanks for your generous hospitality Gerard.

We are three women who loved our stay in this apartment. The location was great, close to the Louvre and the Opera House served as a great point of reference. Across the street is a wonderful asia restaurant, grocery stores and cafes close as was all transportation. The apartment itself was very cozy and had everything we needed including comfortable bedding, well equiped kitchen, cozy living area. The futon was very comfortable. This was our first trip to Paris and we weren't sure how staying in an apartment would work out, but it was delightful. Gerard was great, met us at the apartment, discussed all amentities, transportation, grocery store, etc. He also a a nice bottle of wine waiting, coffee and a pot of jam, which was delicious. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and won't look any further than this apartment when we return to Paris.

I stayed at the apartement during a few days last february and I only have good comments about it. It couldn't be better placed and it has everything you could need during your stay. Gerard is very kind, and he has no problem to answer your questions. I definitely recommend it.

During our last two stays in Paris we have been staying in this lovely apartment. The location is great, very central and near a metro station as well. Rue Saint anne itself is a quiet street, we always had a good night sleep. There are numberous of small japanese restaurants in this street. The building in which the apartment is situated has a clean and nice hall- and stairway and there's even an elevator...
This apartment is very spacious: big enough for two and even four persons. It's decorated very tastefull and has everything you need to feel at home. I appreciated the nespresso machine and I think it's practical to have a iron at your disposal during your stay. The bed is good and the bathroom is big and well equiped.
GĂ©rard Godart was very welcoming and helpfull both times we visited. We enjoyed the wine and homemade marmelade he gave us at arrival. This apartment was recomended to me by a friend and after visiting the first time in 2008 I've been recomending it to my friends and family as well. -
