Description

This luxurious 140 square metre apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests dispatched in 4 bedrooms including a 28 sqm Master bedroom with access to a private terrace with open air jacuzzi. There are many balconies and terraces, north and south facing. Design furniture (Le Corbusier, Leolux), top quality linen, soft towels and fine sheets. As the owners live in this apartment and only rent it during their holidays, it is very fully equipped--kitchen, library, collection of CDs and DVDs, games, home cinema, Nespresso machine with coffee offered, etc...

From September 2023 maisonlavaud.paris proposes Hotel services - daily cleaning, breakfast, room service 7-10pm, conciergerie, wine cellar, mini-bar, souvenirs boutique, romantic escapes...

You can also enjoy the SPA area with fitness room, sauna and massage room when you can receive professional massages.

The apartment is located in the 14th district of Paris, which is both residential and animated. All kinds of shops (fine food, supermarkets, bio market, clothes ...) and facilities (pharmacy, post office, metro, bus, taxi, brasseries, cinema ...) are within a short walking distance.

The street is very calm since it is part of one of the very few "green areas" of Paris where cars run at a low speed and above all are redirected towards main axes. The apartment street opens on the avenue du Général Leclerc, a big avenue which goes strait up into the heart of Paris.

Four hundred metres from the apartment is the beautiful Parc Montsouris where you can have a walk, jog in the morning, picnic on the lawn, etc.

You can catch public transports down our street. We have metro line 4, the only one in Paris which crosses every other line, so that you are sure not to take more than 30 minutes to go anywhere in Paris, many buses (phone number hidden), la Traverse), the brand new Tramway (T3), and at a 10 minutes walk when you go through the Parc Montsouris, you can catch the RER B. They are remarkably practical and complete, especially the buses, since most of the time, they directly lead, without having to make transfers, to the main points of interest in Paris.

For example, you can directly reach the Eiffel Tower, Le quartier Latin, La sorbonne, le Panthéon, le jardin du Luxembourg, la Sainte Chapelle and la Conciergerie, la Cathédrale Notre-Dame, l'Hôtel de ville, Beaubourg (centre Georges Pompidou)/les halles, le Louvre, le musée d'Orsay, le Grand Palais et les Champs Elysées, all the "grands magasins" (les Galleries Lafayette, le Printemps et Le Bon Marché), l'Opéra Garnier, Les Invalides, ...

At each end of the street you can find Vélibs' (bicycles accessible for a very low prices).

We leave plenty of information, tips, maps of Paris and of the area, guides, public transports information, and a hotel app to facilitate your stay in the city and in the apartment. We can also help you if you want to book a restaurant, a show, etc.
