My sister and I recently enjoyed 6 nights at 5 Rue Rocroy. The location is great, convenient to buses, metro, and Gare du Nord. The apartment is fabulous, with a washer, and a dishwasher. My sister said that the pull-out couch was very comfortable. (She says that I snore). And, with a bedroom and a living room, we had room for all our stuff. The manager had to come over to help us with the tv, that was the only problem we had, and it was really a very minor one. All the appliances were first quality. We heartily recommend this apartment.
I traveled with my teenage granddaughter and a good friend and we were all surprised and delighted to find this absolutely spotless, charming and gorgeous apartment. Perfectly located and very comfortable with lots of information available on the appliances and nearby spots of interest.
I took my mother to Paris for her 70th birthday. I wanted to have a true Parisian experience. Therefore I looked into renting an apartment for the 9 days we were there. We rented the 5 Rue Rocroy in the 10th arrondisement and we loved it. The apartment was new and meticulous. It was really close to Metro, a couple of good grocery stores and a number of fabulous bakeries that produced fresh baguettes and pastries at all hours of the day. We visited markets every day and bought fresh fish and meats, cheeses, and fruits and vegetables and cooked great food everyday. My daughter who lives in Paris visited us daily and ate with us! I loved the experience and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Paris for more than 3 days. Why stay in the claustrophobic hotel rooms and pay enormous amounts for restaurants when you can have your own apartment and make your own meals!
The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Amenities included washer machine, land-line phone with free calls to North america, wi-fi, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fresh linen/towels.
The apartment is located near 2 metro stations and walking distance from the Opera district and Sacre Coeur. There are a few restaurants nearby for when we don't want to be too far from home. There are also several pharmacies and grocery/supermarkets around.
I would definitely consider staying at this apartment again when returning to Paris.
We loved this apartment! Everything was new, perfectly clean and nicely furnished. For three it was a little tight, perfect for a couple. Air conditioning was lovely to come home to during
the hot spell we had. Neighborhood was a little quiet, but there
were some nice food shops and restaurants to be found. Keys were mailed weeks before since we were traveling before we arrived in Paris, all very convenient.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for one week in Paris in this
lovely apartment. Besides the tasteful decor, everything was very efficient and
well thought out in terms of visitor's needs. The location was convenient to
everything - the Metro, train stations, and grocers. By European standards the
bathroom was huge.
We are looking forward to spending time in this apartment our next trip to

The service from Vacation in Paris was excellent;speedy and efficient. All instructions are clearly explained and everything happened just as said.
The Rocroy Pleaser is a charming one bedroom that is really suitable for two adults only. Four will be ok if two are children. The condition of the apartment is great. Owners have done an excellent job with the upgrading and attention to details. It contained everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
You can find anything you might need in the surrounding area;small market(fruit & veggies), bakery, cleaners, creperie, cafe, restaurants, train station, taxi stand, supermarket. Walking Distance to Galeries Lafayette, Opera, Printemps, H&M and all other shops down Rue La Fayette.
We were very happy and enjoyed the apartment a lot while there; but we spent most of the time sightseeing. It was a good feeling coming back to the Rocroy Pleaser. It was not a problem, but the elementary school accross the street made it a bit noisy, during the recess period and when parents dropped or picked up the kids. Otherwise the building itself is quite.
We reccommended VIP services to some of our friends, who prefer this type of accommodations. And definately we will definately use their services again.

We had a great time at the apartment. Very well located, yet quite and peaceful. The Manager was very helpful, telling us the Dos and Don't for tourists who, cannot speak a word of French. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable.
