Perfect apartment for our honeymoon!
Left on 03/11/2013 for a stay in March 2013
My husband and I stayed at the Grenache apartment for our honeymoon and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects! Firstly how close the apartment was to the Eiffel tower and walking distance to many other museums and sightseeing hotspots. How comfortable and homely the apartment felt. It was very clean and tidy, having everything we needed for a weeks stay and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The only thing we could fault was being a residential apartment block we could on some occasions hear the neighbours above.
Very happy with our stay over all and would highly recommend!!!Response from Paris Perfect - 03/13/2013

Left on 12/18/2011 for a stay in November 2011
We wanted to spend 3 weeks living life in Paris, but we had never rented a holiday apartment overseas before, particularly on the other side of the world. We chose Paris Perfect as the agent of choice after ready many positive reviews. This was the best choice we made. From day one, dealing with Paris Perfect was easy and convenient. They seem to have thought of everything, even before we left australia we had our cab booked from CDG (use Victor, he is fantastic!), we knew where we were going and when we would get there. On arrival the apartment was just what we had hoped for, a small space to call our own for 3 weeks in the heart of the beautiful 7th arr. It is perfectly placed and within walking distance are fantastic restaurants (Favourite was Le Florimond followed closely by Pasco and au Petit Sud Ouest), the Eiffel Tower and the metro, which gets you everywhere else!
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Yes, you overlook a carpark (and seriously, if views are important to you maybe should check with PP for a different apartment). The ability to wash your clothes, cook a light meal if you wanted to stay in and use free wifi all added to the sort of holiday that we wanted. Rue Cler is a street or two away, but we found better shops, florists, fromageries and patisseries just wandering the streets (Nelly Jardin at the end of the Rue Jean Nicot on Rue St Dominique is fantastic!). There is a handful of supermarkets available nearby, including a G21 almost directly under the apartment.
I have nothing but praise for this apartment and the Paris Perfect team. We had the holiday of a lifetime, something we will remember forever. Thank you Paris Perfect! -

Washington, DCGreat Find
Left on 02/16/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Although we've stayed in Paris many times, this was our first apartment rental - and it was wonderful! Don't be intimidated by the building's exterior, the apartment is great. We found it to be immaculate and well-maintained, and even stocked with consumables like paper towels. Loved the espresso machine! Location is good. We walk all over Paris, and had no problem getting to anywhere we wanted to go. The Paris Perfect team really is passionate about Paris, and it shows. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This is our fourth stay in a Paris Perfect apartment. That speaks for itself. The apartment is just as described online. centrally located in our favorite 7th district. Transactions wernt smoothly, and the staff are always courteous and efficient. They think of every little thing that we could possibly need to make our stay memorable!

Scottsdale, ArizonaLiving in style in the 7th Arrondissement
Left on 05/23/2010 for a stay in May 2010
We enjoyed our stay at the Grenache. It was ideal for just the two of us. Its proximity to Rue Cler was very convenient, and within easy walking distance from four Metro stops, without being so close to any of them to take away from the quietness of its locale. A perfect balance, in this regard. I lived in France for two years, years ago, and have revisited Paris many times since then. This time, it was just for a romantic three weeks with my fiancee. Unfortunately, we did not plan far enough ahead to book all three weeks with ParisPerfect. Yes, it costs more than a "typical" hotel room, but for those of you who know what hotel rooms in Paris are like (e.g., "three/four stars" that compare to American two/three-stars, nonexistent closet space, 12 Euro/person "breakfast" add-ons, no refrigerator, coffee maker, or even convenient ice/bucket, intrusive maids, residual odors from prior guests with pets or who smoked), ParisPerfect apartments, even small ones, are a huge upgrade. Having a clothes washer and dryer in the apartment saved us wasting precious time taking (and guarding) our clothes at a laundromat. Our greeter, Sarah, was a great communicator in preparing for our arrival, and her English was better than my French. My favorite restaurant in the 7th (I learned about it from locals years ago), not listed in any published guidebooks I like to read, was listed among Madelyn's "top five" in the area, in the booklet of instructions and recommendations that awaited us. We tried and enjoyed several other lunch and dinner venues she suggested. The safe was large enough for our laptop, camera gear and more. We had taken 1800 digital photos, all stored on our laptop computer, and it would have ruined our vacation to have it "grow legs," even if an intruder could figure out how to get through the building's security system and the apartment's steel-reinforced multi-deadbolt door. Thanks to Madelyn and Philippe for their attention to detail and thoughtfulness.

Dear James and Kelly,
Thank you for taking the time to write in about your stay with us at Paris Perfect and for your kind words. You have made our day! We are passionate about Paris and sharing the experience with our guests. We are so happy to know when we’ve succeeded. Thank you especially for noticing the small touches and yes, we try to think through guest conveniences like the sizes of our safes, free internet and phone calls, even down to recommending travel insurance which covered our guests during the volcano!
Your observations are spot on about the important differences between staying a nice apartment and a Paris hotel room – especially the added space, convenience and pleasure of eating in and using the internet or calling home for free.
We hope to meet you in person next time you stay with us!
Madelyn and Philippe

Stouffville OntarioPleasantly Surprised
Left on 03/18/2010 for a stay in February 2010
We have been to Paris many times always staying in hotels. This past February
we decided to rent an apartment and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment
is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a small grocery store, a
G20, at your door step and a boulangerie across the road. Finding a place for
dinner was easy as there are many restaurants close by. The apartment itself
overlooks a courtyard and is fairly quiet with only noises of the daily activities
of the residents. We slept in most mornings which never happens at home. The
apartment had all the amenities and comforts of home we needed for our stay.
We look forward to returning."

“ This was our first stay with Paris Perfect and it certainly won't be
our last. The apartment was lovely, the location ideal and the staff at
Paris Perfect were very helpful. I especially like the fact that they
phoned a couple of times to see if we had everything we needed. I will
certainly recommend them to friends."
The weather wasn't great, and the Museums were closed because of a strike, but there is plenty of other things to do in "The City of Lights"

Washington, DC areaParis Perfect Apartments
Left on 11/27/2009 for a stay in November 2009
We have been customers of Paris Perfect for several years now, and have consistently been very pleased with the apartments. And, as I have written in the past, the service is the star. We get prompt replies to inquiries, very good help on move-in and excellent advice if we need it.
The apartments could be absolutely sumptuous, but not pleasing if it were not for the service. We have had nothing to complain about for several years now.
I recommend Paris Perfect to my friends whenever I find that they are traveling to Paris. -

London, Ontario, CanadaBeautiful apartment rental in Paris
Left on 10/04/2009 for a stay in July 2009
My wife and two of our friends stayed in the Grenache apartment in July 2009, right at the end of Le Tour. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and maintained, and the location was ideal for all of the major sites and activities in Paris. Paris Perfect offers the ideal way to enjoy this wonderful city, and get a real taste for life as a Parisian.

Left on 09/10/2009 for a stay in May 2009
The apartment was so conveniently located, we walked EVERYWHERE, even with two teenage girls in tow! The bakery across the street was fabulous and so convenient. Having a kitchen made a huge difference, as did having the laundry. The staff went overboard in making our stay as fabulous as possible. We will stay at one of their apartments ANYTIME we are in Paris (which I hope is often!).

Left on 08/11/2009 for a stay in October 2008
A really great trip in every way. Weather was good. Flights arrived on time. A good start that only got better.
What a wonderful treat... We loved our stay in the Grenache apartment.
The 7th arrondisment is a perfect location to call home.
Your staff does such a marvelous job of welcoming your guests from the first inquiry to actual arrival. Your personal history of the beginning of Paris perfect really adds to the charm and of course all your suggestions, tips etc. gleaned over all these years really makes a stay with you... out of the ordinary.
The warm, creative, spotless and completely equipped apartment makes a stay with you very special.
We enjoy our travels and have now found where we would like to find ourselves often.
Thank you for a great time and experience.

San Mateo, Ca.Super Apartment in Paris
Left on 04/08/2009 for a stay in April 2009
The name Parisperfect says it all. We have traveled to Paris many times in the past and we finally found the apartment and company we will return to again and again. The neighborhood is quiet, filled with many great bistros and of course the Rue Cler market. The view of the Eiffel Tower is awesome at anytime of day or night. The extra efforts that Parisperfect's staff makes to make the apartment meet our every needs were visible at every turn. The kitchen is beautiful, fully remodeled with all appliances; it and made shopping at the markets that much more enjoyable. After long days of wandering through Paris, it was the perfect place to return home to and unwind with family. We have already recommended 'Paris Perfect' to a number of our friends and we will be returning as soon as we can. Thanks for giving us a Perfect vacation. Cathy C

Asheville, NCFun Time at Grenache!
Left on 03/31/2009 for a stay in October 2007
I stayed in this cute place and a nice friend joined me. It worked out well with the bedroom area and a sofa that simply flipped to open. The apt. was bright and cheerful and had all the Paris Perfect amenities.
One of the best boulangeries was across the street. We were just off St. Dominique with all the great shopping and wonderful restaurants.
We had buses/metro nearby. We could walk to so many places..wonderful along the Seine.
We had a great time and cannot thank the Paris Perfect staff enough.Thank you...Joan
